JR was a great and friendly sales person from start to finish! He was patient, kind, annd attentive to my needs and questions while test driving new cars. They found the exact HR-V (color and trim) that I wanted to purchase at another Honda dealership in Texas and had it driven to the Waco dealership for me the next working day! He helped me setup my car once after I purchased it so I was ready to drive it home safely. We have bought all of our vehicles from Greg May Honda over the past 15 years! I highly recommend this dealership.

They found the exact HR-V (color and trim) that I wanted to purchase at another Honda dealership in Texas and had it driven to the Waco dealership for me the next working day! He helped me setup my car once after I purchased it so I was ready to drive it home safely. We have bought all of our vehicles from Greg May Honda over the past 15 years! I highly recommend this dealership.

The sales team was great.
The sales team was great. However we were paying cash and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to hand them a check. There appears to only be one financial person who can draw up the paperwork.

The staff didn't seem as welcoming as I was used to from
The staff didn't seem as welcoming as I was used to from other Honda dealers. However, I didn't buy my car from them because I found a better deal for the exact new vehicle in Arlington last year. Perhaps I would be treated differently if I had purchased the car from them; who knows? For sure, my next car won't be from them either

I was traveling from Dallas to San Antonio and my Honda
I was traveling from Dallas to San Antonio and my Honda Odyssey's dash lit up with multiple warnings including "Check Transmission." My husband contacted Greg May Honda in Waco and talked to Tiffany, then connected me to Tiffany to explain what I was seeing on my dash. Tiffany advised me to keep driving and come directly to their facility. Even though they were really busy, they looked at my car and then told me that when they had turned it off, it wouldn't start again. Without Tiffany's advice to keep moving, I would have been stranded on the side of the highway, needing a tow. A new sensor was needed which the dealership ordered just in time to have it delivered the next morning. Kelly, the wonderful shuttle driver delivered me to a nearby hotel and even handled my luggage for me. He also picked me up the next morning and delivered me back to the dealership. By noon I was on my way again to San Antonio with my car running great. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful and I am so thankful that they worked me in so that I could continue my trip home the next day. I sincerely appreciate their great service during a really stressful time for me and I recommend them without reservation.

When I purchased a truck, I drove it home backed it up
When I purchased a truck, I drove it home backed it up into my driveway realized there was a squeaking noise. Nine hours later. I took it back the next day they looked it over the mechanic said that I just needed to drive it for a week so the brakes would go down and not squeak anymore. Turns out it was never the brakes. It was a piece of metal. It was rubbing against the brake drum rotor so I don’t know what kind of mechanic that was. That did that
