Chevrolet Colorado

The 2004 Chevrolet Colorado I bought from you guys already started giving me a lot of headaches. It doesn't want to start sometimes. When the heat is on, the engine ligh comes on. Now I don't know what to do.

Best customer service

I live in Jarrell and could have gone to the dealership a lot closer to my house but I won’t because the Waco service department is beyond the best! They actually take the time to listen to your concerns. Best customer service ever!

Purchaser

Windshield was cracked which the dealership had not seen. They quickly set up a replacement windshield which was installed at no cost about 10 days later. The vehicle was a 2018 BMW. They did not make us aware that they did not have the second key. When we picked up the car with all the completed paperwork we were told that there was only 1 key and we would have to purchase the other from BMW which is $300+. I think it was a reasonable expectation that 2 keys would be provided. The business interaction was average but I gave a low mark for Customer Service as they should have ordered the 2nd key at no cost or made us aware of the missing key before the deal was paid and closed.

Bad gas causes major problem!

Chris is was so very helpful, kept me informed, and the repair was as done in a timely manner. The work needed was intensive and it was none well. Thank you all for the good help.

Purchasing a new Corvette

Gary Summers was our sales associate. He did everything we asked and went beyond what we expected. This was an enjoyable experience. Gary was not only welcoming ..he is an A+ salesman. We will definitely recommend him to our friends ! This is the first time EVER that our salesman called to see how we liked our car more than twice ! Great guy!!!
