Mark Butler was the best. If you are looking for a new or used Acura please go see Mark. He was kind patience and found the SUV I wanted. The staff was polite and the accommodating. They F&I maager was slow but all worked out well.

Always receive great service in a very quick, timely manner from a dedicated, efficient and eager-to-please staff at Norris Acura in Ellicott City. Pleasant, clean and comfortable waiting area with tv and plentiful seating. The entire team of sales and service is the best I have ever dealt with. Great Customer Service!
I went to both Tischer in Laurel and Norris when my wife and I were looking for a new SUV for her. We weren't exactly sure what trim level we wanted, and were also torn between the RDX and the MDX. The difference in the customer service was quite staggering. I worked with Cara Mizansky at Norris, and she was extremely patient with us, going through all of our options, in detail, and was always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls that we sent to her with questions, as well as our numerous visits for test drives of both the RDX and MDX. Overall, our experience with everyone at Norris was very positive, and we are very happy with our purchase of our new 2017 RDX!

Excellent Customer Service

Great Sales Experience!
Great experience with Victor and Tyronne. Very understanding of my needs and did everything possible to ensure a smooth process. Responsive and very helpful. Victor picked me up with the new car at my place, drove me to the insurance agent and then to the dealership to finalize paperwork and drive the car home. Glad I went with these guys and will be back for the new MDX!

Great Experience!
Leased a 2016 RDX with Advance Package. Great sales experience, smooth process and attentive to our needs and wants. Victor really looked out for us and was very responsive and helpful in setting up all the paperwork including insurance. He picked me up in the new car at my place, drove me to the insurance agent and then to the dealership to finalize paperwork and drive the car home. Will be in for the complementary car wash and service!

The car problem was solved

I you need your car serviced......stay away! Totally rip of
They don't really check under your hood and around your car, they just pull up your carfax and go buy your previous recommendations! I know this for a fact. I had two minor issues with my car that I was aware of prior to taking it in for service. They would require no labor costs and to make matters worse, one of the issues was my hood would not stay up, my struts needed replacement. Do you think they mentioned that to me? NO! They only mentioned the issues that I have no clue of knowing about and that would cost thousands of dollars with labor alone. Such a rip-off!

Great Customer Service
I had the pleasure of working with Rob Saunders in my purchase of a new Acura RDX. From the minute I walked into the dealership, to the time we finished the paper work on my new lease, the white glove treatment was always there. I cannot say enough about how smooth and easy this purchase was. No haggling, no long waiting while we run numbers, etc.....
