I’ve been here twice now, and both times were the best, least problematic, easiest experiences. They make it effortless, and Barry is genuinely fun to work with and be around. I know I probably sound ridiculous or like a commercial haha, but after have dealt with Ford and Honda service centers, and then your name brand and local repair shops, this is just a different ballgame to me. The stigma of not taking your call to a dealer because they charge more or are more of hassle is absolutely not true here. They do more than needed to help you out, and tell you that you own a BMW so you deserve it =) Go!

While I was able to quickly get an appointment and was well communicated to about car condition, things then turned for the worse. After I was told my car was ready for pick up, I was told an Uber would be ordered to pick me up and bringing me to the dealership. After 45mins no car had arrived, and I was then told a “valet” was then being sent. I learned from the valet that is what they always due for inside the loop rides. I would have no issue waiting but the communication regarding pick-up was horrible and resulted in 1.5 hours of work meetings I had to miss because I believed a a ride was promptly arriving. Sending an Uber is generally a <10min wait vs. the hour I waited for the “not so” courtesy vehicle to drive the 1.5miles from the dealership ship to my house. Oil change - check Recall -check Communication = lacking

Shady tactics from Shady people
Did all the financing online, was contacted by my salesman at 5:38pm and was told it’s all done and he’s getting the vehicle ready to sign and drive. They close at 7:00pm. I drove an hour to get there just before they closed. Was told the vehicle was out on a test drive and might be sold. I was told it’s first come first serve! They sold the car to this individual and didn’t give a crap. Classic shady dealership.

The entire review is for the good service from the service centers new advisor Johnnathan Mendoza. His experience in the shop has equipment him for his current role as service advisor. He was knowledgeable and easily put into context the service report giving importance to the most critical items found. Additionally the video report from the shop was a great bonus. I am very grateful for the issues BMW found during their car inspection.

Worst Service Center
Took my car to repair oil leaks and they did the repairs in mid-January. three weeks after, I was driving the car and started hearing rattling noise and then the car immediately shut down. Took the car back and they told me the engine failed and needs to be replaced. This service center is a scam. Be aware of them. Worst experience, no loaners, and advisors don’t communicate well.

Amazing service by my Service Advisor Matthew Phillips...
Amazing service by my Service Advisor Matthew Phillips for my scheduled service. And previous sale in their Top Notch "new" Facility. The only negative I have ever had was from their business office who almost turned the entire customer’s experience unaceptable. My Salesman tried to be of assistance with the business office issue in order to safe his well deserved sale which he did the next day when I decidedto finance it through my own bank. I must mention that I was contacted by their new G.M. Mr. Philip Southwick since my business office issue. I must give him "Kudos" for the outreach and would recommend without reservations Advantage BMW Midtown.

Updating my recent experience for their Service Advisor Mr. Omar Reyna who is nothing short of "amazing". He not only again showed "genuine" concern about my automotive problem, but was also interested in "ME" as a BMW customer, and he took the time to look for any other potential problems without me having to ask and made sure that it was covered under my warranty and Maintenance Pkan to make shure that I continued to be a satisfied customer and maintain Advantage BMW Clear Lake's excellent reputation was followed when I brought my X-5 in for state annual inspection, warranty work including, maintenance this week which insummary ended up again as usual Incredible service and care. Their Service Manager, "Fidel", is equally caring and professional. He always listens "attentively" about any issues and makes sure his team follows up with a satisfactory resolution. Also both he and Omar made "SURE" that I bought a BMW MAINTENANCE PLAN which has saved me over $ 2,100 this year alone THAT'S TRUE PROTECTING YOUR CUSTOMER ATTITUDE..
