Why I prefer my dealership to any other one I have

I enjoy working with Omar R, he is very friendly, helpful, and courteous . The dealership is clean, service advisors are knowledgeable, let me know in advance what I need.

Just bad. Again.

Nothing is ever as presented. I have historically driven 30 miles to have my BMW serviced where I buy it, cause this dealership is bad. I’ve owned 10 BMWs in 20 years and have used this service department 5 tines. 2 tines were good. 3 times were horrible and send me running back to my original dealership. This current visit was no different. I went in for a tire issue and I have the tire warranty. I went in with the idea I would pay $50. The service advisor talked me into an alignment at a discount price if $189. When I pick my car up the bill is $311. For what? I was charged $68 to rotate my tires!!! Are you kidding me? Discount tire does this for free. I chalk that $68 up to Stupid Tax, for me being dumb enough to go back.

Superb service during difficult times

New car shopping

Purchased 2020 M550i through Ken Cavan. Would highly recommend. Process was seamless and very quick. No per longed negotiations, very competitive on pricing. Signing part was extremely fast.

March 2020 Service

Stan M. was my Service Advisor and really kept me informed and updated even though he was out for unforeseen reasons. That was totally appreciated and demonstrated his commitment to servicing his clients. I have been coming to advantage for 9 years and I can say Stan has been my most attentive Service Advisor.
