All in All the team at the service center did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner during the Thanksgiving holiday week. I will defiantly... use the service again the next time im in town! I only have one minor suggestion, I know the car wash is complementary and no I do not know if it is an automated system.... But My car was mostly clean when I brought it in but after you washed it I got it back it full of water spots and looked worse than when I drooped it off (Not sure if the car wash has a drier built in or maybe you need a spot free rinse????). When I got back to my Houston Home I went over it again and cleaned up all the water spots ( I like my car to look as clean as the ones on your lot) it didn't take me that long but you guys keep wanting feed back so here you go; here is one item you can improve on.
I got my truck serviced and had to go back for them to make a correction.
My over all experience was Amazing , They worked with me to get me the car I wanted ... Joe Rodriguez Was a Great Salesman Very good customer service .... Trey The General Manager Made Me feel welcomed and even made the time to come congratulatate me on My New Purchase , communication is Key and they were very well on point with their Business . I would recommend them to anyone !!!

Disappointing to experience what everyone says about Dealerships jacking up prices on replacement parts. Dealership says what's needed is a replacement... negative battery cable and that that part costs 150. it's ~65 online. insult to injury, the total charge for replacement is 450. That means they think their mechanics are worth about 300$/hour. it's ridiculous, and i hope never to return to this or any other Ford dealership
