We found the vehicle that we had been looking for over a year at Russell & Smith Ford. 2023, White, Platinum, Expedition with super low miles and a CPO. Bart Callier our sales representative was GREAT! None of the hated "haggling" back and forth. Bart gave us some options and we agreed on a price and the truck was ours. Mr. Brad Crow, finance Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very easy to work with, Highly RECOMMEND. Ask for Bart! Chris & Maggie

They lied about price and ripped me off.

They lied about price and ripped me off. They refused to sell new van to me at MSRP after they had agreed to do so. Would not sell to me unless I paid another 3,000 for Market Value. Van was advertised priced at MSRP and they agreed on that price. After I paid searched Google and found this was illegal so reported them to DMV. They refused to refund the me. No addendum was no posted on window for any Market Adjustment. General Manager didn't care and played games about looking into it but from other reviews I see they do this quite often.

I saw a Bronco online and after providing my info, this

I saw a Bronco online and after providing my info, this store took the time to answer all my questions and help me feel comfortable the entire way. I've been burned by other stores in the past, but the new management team at this store is doing an AWESOME job and it really shows! love my bronco!!!

Great service!

Great service! Honestly I was hesitant because I know dealerships can tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door but this store made everything smooth and easy for me from the get go. I wanted to make sure the expedition was there before coming in and they sent me a video confirming it was on the lot. Manager came out and thanked me for my business. He felt sincere and genuine. Wife loves the ride too! Will recommend my friends and family!!

Overall great experience

Everything was pretty smooth and easy. The way they helped me understand everything was so good. If I would buy a next car I would definitely go to Russell and smith.

Buyer Beware!

I certainly wish I could have shared a positive 5 star review, but I can't and need to let any potential buyer beware. I live outside of Houston, but was there for a follow up procedure at MD Anderson for my cancer treatments. I came across a nice looking Toyota 4Runner and since this dealership was close, I stopped by after my appointment. Met the sales guy, test drove it and we had a gentlemen's verbal agreement along with a hand shake that I would return the following Monday, Aug. 15th to purchase and pick up. Much to my shock, the sales guy texted me on Saturday that the sales manager just sold it! No phone call, no opportunity to put a deposit down or anything. If you deal with this dealership, get everything in writing and put down a deposit because a hand shake and making a promise doesn't mean anything to this dealership!

Great service, fast and convent. Because the van is a dually, they would not rotate tires, but they did in the past... not sure what changed
