My experience was fine, getting my vehicle serviced at this location was one of my first choices. I could have took my vehicle to another place for service but I made the choice to go here.

New 2022 Bronco Reservation/Order/Purchase

I was a day-one reservation holder for the new Ford Bronco. 18 months later, my order finally got built and delivered. The folks at R&S were good to work with throughout this entire process. I would recommend this dealership to others.

I was not informed that I had swollen lug nuts...I made it home and went over the paperwork, noticed it was noted on the service sheet...no one informed...didn't offer the opportunity to get it corrected...

2015 FORD ESCAPE

I had to take my 2015 Ford Escape in a second time for the same malfunction and was told it was air being trapped in a valve. On this second time, I was told it was a sensor. I was told that the best mechanic was placed on the job. Thank you RUSSEL-SMITH for putting this teacher back on the road again.

Disappointed

Did not disclose issues with the car before driving 3.5 hours there. Didn?t realize the windshield was cracked until after signing papers (it was late and the car was covered in rain so it wasn?t noticeable at first). The salesman advised me that it was my fault for not noticing and that they weren?t going to replace it. Sales was awful, trapped me into a set payment and didn?t get the ?deals? they quoted me over the phone. Refused to give me a price break down over the phone. Unethical practices.
