Extremely dissatisfied.

Extremely dissatisfied. Despite buying three cars from AutoNation Acura, I will never to make another purchase. In 2022, I purchased a new car and encountered tire problems within a year. Despite adhering to their maintenance schedule at their service center, they claim there's nothing they can do. Seeking a second opinion revealed that the tires were not rotated as needed. Despite presenting this information, the service department insists the rotation was done and the car is problem-free. After replacing two tires, I now face the need for new ones again within six months. AutoNation Acura maintains their stance that there's no issue with the car and nothing they can do.
