I appreciate Jon checking in the next day to see if the

I appreciate Jon checking in the next day to see if the car was performing correctly. It also was really great that while checking filters he videoed what they looked like before changing to give me the chance of having such replaced. Actually service department seems to be better than the sales department. Hopefully in 3 years sales will greatly improve.

I have never been to AutoNation Acura Freeway where I was

I have never been to AutoNation Acura Freeway where I was disappointed with the Service Department. Richard was great and kept me informed what was happening to my vehicle while I waited. He explained the recommended options and made me feel that I wasn't forced to get those done. I take care of getting service for all 4 of my family's cars and this dealership is the easiest to deal with.
