Service Department is inept and ineffective. Expect to ignored and have your time wasted, while staffers wander about, neglecting you. If the customer... intake process in the service department is so disorganized and unprofessional, surely the quality of work by the mechanics in the service bay cannot be much better? You are better off having your car serviced elsewhere!
I took my 2006 330i in for minor repairs (battery, windshield wiper replacement and fix an oil leak). Those repairs where suppose to take a day. After... NO ONE called me I called to check only to be told I need a motor and a used one is roughly $5600. Initially NO ONE could tell me how this happened even though these are certified BMW mechanics working on a BMW. After 2 weeks of no communication from BMW and having a TRUSTED mechanic call on my behalf he was able to find out that the issue was no fault of my own and that they would be doing the repairs “free of charge” since they caused it. After me having to call on numerous occasions to get updates on my car because no one EVER called me I finally got my car back 43 days later oh and let’s not forget I paid around $800 for my repairs. In the end I just needed my car back, so a customer service manager called me to see how my experience went and I explained all this to her and she assured me someone higher would be contacting me and I’m STILL WAITING on a call back from someone(?). My honest opinion is if you don’t look a certain way you are not a valued customer. Because I should have never had to pay because now my service light is on and my CAR SHAKES to the point I’m afraid to drive it!!!!!!!

We bought a pre-owned BMW from David a year ago - couldn’t find the color or make we wanted anywhere - David had it brought in from CA! We went... back to see him again when it was time to trade in our other car and he was so helpful that we ended up trading in both and buying two “new to us” BMWs. We couldn’t be happier with his service and the friendliness of the whole team. They have called to be sure we’re satisfied and taken care of minor repairs, as needed. I had scheduled service due on my BMW and it was completed today. I've used Eric Dunn as my service contact before and again today. Eric is a true... professional and a pleasure to work with. I been contact them about recall for my 2007 X5 . but never get anything done from BMW North lake. Every time I call they always give me the same answer... " we don't have part now and we will contacting when parts become available" But I never hear from BMW North lake call me back. sine 2016 - 2018 nothing done.
Disapointment and anxiety are just a couple of emotions felt today while checking on my service. My vehicle bumper was hanging off and I seemed to be... the only being with concern! When I requested that my "service advisor" (Evan) come out to the parking area to view, I was told to "come to him" inside. He never once went outside to inspect the damage! Just sat at his desk, without any regard typing away. Though it may not be a late model, expensive car it is mine and a recent purchase for a 21 year old. Perhaps a little more interest and value for "any " client might be acceptable protocal! Arrogance is certainly not a trait that coveys value to a paying consumer. Perhaps I may be privileged to find out more details about me vehicle on tomorrow.

Believe it or not, I flew to Charlotte from Delaware yesterday to pick up an immaculate certified 2013 328i convertible in like new condition and drove... it 8 hours home. Hunter McCreery was my sales associate and he could not have been more helpful in the process. I had identified the car on cars.com, called right away and put a deposit down, but didn't actually see the car myself until I picked it up. I had faith in the dealership and Hunter based on good reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. After many emails and text messages and Hunter picking me up at the airport, it was the best car buying experience ever. They treat you like a prince there, with an awesome gift bag loaded with BMW goodies when you drive away. Highest recommendations for honesty, integrity, and fantastic service from Hunter and Hendrick Northlake.
