We have been taking our cars to Brad Beard at Northlake BMW since 2016. Brad has always provided excellent service. Brad takes the time to listen to us and understand our needs. He has always done his best to work around our schedules to get our cars in and back to us when we need them. The quality of the service and the repairs has been outstanding. We have never had an issue with repairs done at BMW Northlake

Only thing I would suggest is better car detailing after a service. I paid $1300 for repairs. The wash and detailing very subpar.

As always Hendrick came through with excellent service! I didn't think I would be at the dealership very long but it turned out that I needed a new battery. Everything fell into place perfectly even though I had not reserved a loaner. Although there was a rush to get things settled within a short period of time not only did they provide a loaner car for the afternoon but my vehicle had been washed when I returned to the dealership for pickup! They never disappoint!
