My experience at HENDRICK BMW has always been great my

My experience at HENDRICK BMW has always been great my advisor Ian Sampson lets me know about any offers for the maintenance upkeep of my X5. He is very engaging plus we talk about sports which I thoroughly enjoy. He also goes over the service that my vehicle had done and any other issues in the future.

Experience was good.

Experience was good. With the guy who greeted me when I pulled into the garage to drop off my car for service also with receiving video and from picking the car up and being assisted by Ty for my pick up.?.? But the guy who helped with the loaner was not as customer service professional or even more in depth with the loaner. He told me the loaner was JUST LIKE MY CAR. Which was incorrect my model is a 2021 530i the loaner was a 2025 530. I asked what year is it he said 2025, I replied not like my car. He just proceeded to walk around the car as I was looking at it to make sure no scratches or prior damages. I suppose I was taking too long for him. A quick walk around and he said, it?s clean, and walked off. Wow that was rude and not professional was my thought. Just not personable so I figured out where things were on the parking lot of BMW. Because a 2025 is a huge difference with interior set then my 2021. Experience was good. Ian, the service rep was excellent.

Ian, the service rep was excellent. The car was delivered earlier than expected and he was waiting for me upon arrival at Hendricks. Facility is comfortable and employees were respectful and professional.

QUICK AND EASY SERVICE . SERVICE STAFF ARE THE BEST. EASY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT , WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND VERY EASY CHECK OUT.

Fast and Efficient service from both the technician and Andrew Johnson. They did a great job with the remodeling of the waiting area. I can relax or work as if I was at home.

Ian at Hendrick BMW Northlake service was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with on on our BMW. I would certainly recommend Ian and Hendrick BMW Northlake to friends and family.

Amanda Bradshaw is the service advisor and she is a great

Amanda Bradshaw is the service advisor and she is a great example of what customer service means to me, their customer. I had a coolant issue with the car and without an appt., drove to the dealer and she immediately asked what she could do for me. I have dealt with Amanda Bradshaw previously and I knew that the problem would be taken care of. After an hour, the diagnosis was in, she arranged for a loaner and the next day, all was fixed and running perfectly. I needed the car, as i was leaving on a trip this week. Amanda Bradshaw exemplifies what customer service really means--- I am grateful for her expertise. Bill Morgan

I had an amazing and seamless customer service experience at Hendrick BMW Northlake. Blaire and the entire Hendrick team helped to make the service visit enjoyable. Their attention to detail, kindness and expertise was exemplary. I will continue to purchase all of our vehicles from Hendrick and utilize them for all future service. I have and will continue to recommend Hendrick to my family and friends.

Great staff.

Great staff. Shopped online ahead of time so had an idea of what I was looking for. The car I saw online was still available and ended up buying it.
