The worst service experience at that location ever - no

The worst service experience at that location ever - no one seems to know what they were doing with no remorse of people?s time. The gentleman ?Jessie? sat at his desk the whole entire time. I had to go to him each time to check on the status of my vehicle. Just the worse. I caught him in so many lies to I was over the entire visit 4 hours later for only an oil change and diagnostic. At this point, I don?t trust anything they quoted on that paper. Never again at that location. It was one young lady that was concerned and kept checking on me. She took the time to see exactly what Jessie was doing when he claim to go assist the technician to speed service up. She was more honest than Jessie was.

Several trips to the service department, thousands of dollars spent, not sure why the problem wasn?t observed or noticed at the initial visit. But finally no more leaks noticeable at the moment.

Both the salesmen that assisted my purchase were great. Easy non-haggling experience. The S-class was very clean and as always the Hendrix property was immaculately maintained.
