The worst experience I have ever had absolutely ho
The worst experience I have ever had absolutely horrible the lady yunghe doesn’t know anything about what she is doing or selling wasted two full weekends of my time just trying to get a remote start installed that she said will take an hour and a half two full weekends later and all her lies and never once did a management personal come or call to solve the situation long story short they installed the wrong remote start and messed up our car had to take it else we’re to get it fixed I would strongly recommend car shopping somewhere else don’t waste your time at Jeff haas Mazda in Katy

Every time i go into the Jeff Haas Mazda dealership to get my car services Todd always helps me out. he always looks out for me explains everything in great detail and always goes out of his busy schedule to help in whatever i need from a light bulb to suspension work. He's an amazing friend and a great customer services person. He simply the best and my car always comes out looking like new thanks to Todd's wonderful experience and care.

excellent customer service
although i didn't buy my dream BMW at this dealership , but yet the salesman was very courteous and straight to the point, i was looking for an automatic car and the one they had was 5 speed.

Excellence in Every Way
My wife and I have purchased 2 Mazdas at Jeff Haas Mazda during the last 17 years. Thais because the first Mazda drove great for 16 years! When the time came to buy a new car there was no question where and what we were going to buy; again! Our second purchase at Jeff Haas was just as excellent as the first time 16 years earlier. We aren't easy to please and we spent almost 6 hours at the dealership looking at different cars and then getting the deal we wanted. Now I only expect to spend a minimum amount of time at their excellent service department getting basic services done, which was our experience with the previous car. The service employees are always excellent and I love the donuts! Jeff Haas and Mazda are excellent!
