Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, I was told they can’t do anything about it, that I should go online and change it myself. When I insisted they fix it, I was left unattended for a long period of time. No one took responsibility for the mistake. They’re all acting unbothered.

The worst experience I have ever had absolutely horrible the lady yunghe doesn’t know anything about what she is doing or selling wasted two full weekends of my time just trying to get a remote start installed that she said will take an hour and a half two full weekends later and all her lies and never once did a management personal come or call to solve the situation long story short they installed the wrong remote start and messed up our car had to take it else we’re to get it fixed I would strongly recommend car shopping somewhere else don’t waste your time at Jeff haas Mazda in Katy

We went to check out a car for our son when we got there...
We went to check out a car for our son when we got there the car has been wrecked however we were not told we try to negotiate and the only thing we were told is enjoy another car at a different dealership we drove a long ways to be fooled and to try to be tricked I would not trust this place at all. The disrespect and insult comment was definitely unnecessary and very unprofessional as well as the salesman.

Was unhappy
I ran into a situation at Jeff Hass where through a communication breakdown In a Dept felt like I was treated unfairly. The general manager went out of his way in an attempt to rectify the situation. He earned my respect with his efforts. I reallly believe overall this dealership cares about its customers.

This is a abuse of online reviews. We don't hold cars, we sell cars. All a customer has to do is commit to buy and leave a deposit and sign a purchase order. We got zero of the 3. Telling our sales person you need to think about it is not a commitment to buy. I am reading you text your were thinking about and only 75 percent sure knowing that the unit was going away on Monday. It went away and now you are blaming us. Next time you found a great price on line. buy it before someone else does.

Just bought a Mazda CX-5 from Sutoyo Sugiharto at Jeff Haas. Very helpful, low pressure salesman. Just what I needed. Two days and already at 250 miles. Love this car!!

An excellent experience
Well, I took my old Mazda Tribute in for service and discovered the most unfortunate news from Allan Hempel... Terrible engine trouble that would cost more than half of what Kelly Blue Book said the thing was worth even if it were in pristine condition. So it was time to shop around. I looked around online, searching for the kind of car I wanted. I was under no specific loyalty to Mazda. I did test drive a Mazda CX-5 before leaving and the experience with Ray Maxa was spectacular. I'll be brutally honest, I've never, EVER had a test drive experience like I did with Ray. Not only did Ray encourage me to take the car through it's paces, he pushed me to take the car to emergency situations just to see the safety features and performances. In an empty parking lot I was reluctant to, but eventually encouraged to slam the accelerator until I got to about 50 MPH and then slam the breaks... Did I mention we did this even in the rain? I walked away from that experience knowing exactly how the CX-5 would perform in poor weather. Still, being the responsible car buyer, I left the Jeff Haas Mazda dealership to check out some other dealerships, namely the nearby Toyota and Nissan dealerships. One thing Ray did that spoke volumes was not only was he not pushy about me just signing papers right then, he actively encouraged me to go try the other dealerships, try the other cars out... He is so confident in the Mazda product that he simply stated that he knew I'd be back. So I went... Neither dealership would even consider allowing me to do the 50 to 0 test in their cars. Both dealerships were fairly pushy about trying to get me to sign the papers there, buy the car, save me a trip to the other dealerships (I told each dealership that they were my first visit to get their reactions/opinions about the other cars I had in mind). The Toyota dealership was probably the most funny with their response. They offered to sell me a used CX-5 they had just to save me the trip to Jeff Haas Mazda... Well, long story short, I'm the proud new owner of a 2015 Mazda CX-5. Ray was my primary contact, but I also had interactions with a few others, including Rob Morrison and Larry Bennett, Allan Hempel in Service, as well as a few others in the front office whose names I don't see on the list. Unfortunately I am awful with names and am not near their business cards at this time but I wanted to get this review out there to show my thanks and appreciation to the wonderful employees at Jeff Haas Mazda. If the rest are remotely as helpful and engaging as those I've tagged, then you honestly can't go wrong.
