After purchasing a car with a trade in the trade in car
After purchasing a car with a trade in the trade in car has not been paid off by the dealership and it has been over 4 weeks. I left many messages with the finance department and have never heard back. They are quick to take your money but it’s not a priority for them to honor their debts apparently.

We’ve purchased 2 Mazdas over the past 5 years both times
We’ve purchased 2 Mazdas over the past 5 years both times thru Charles. There is a reason we purchased thru him twice. He’s a straight shooter who makes you feel comfortable and you don’t feel taken advantage of in the least when you leave the dealership. Looking forward to making our next purchase thru him as well.

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, I was told they can’t do anything about it, that I should go online and change it myself. When I insisted they fix it, I was left unattended for a long period of time. No one took responsibility for the mistake. They’re all acting unbothered.

As you heard of the chip shortage and low inventory going...
As you heard of the chip shortage and low inventory going on right now. Helping you out with pricing isn't negotiable. Making a car purchase is a big decision. I the store a few times already and was really looking to buy a new car from this dealership on the third trip here. Came in from a few weeks time frame and the priced financing went up. I am very disappointed of the time that I wasted here.

Great experience!
I just bought my first Mazda about a month and a half ago. We were debating between a Mazda and Toyota. After visiting the two dealerships, my husband and I agreed that we were impressed with Mazda! The customer service we got was exceptional and everyone is very knowledgeable. We were helped by Taylor and Charles. They made us feel totally comfortable and at ease. The people here really care about making sure they can do their absolute best for you in every way. We loved their attitude and would definitely recommend Jeff Haas Mazda to everyone!

I just bought my 3rd car from Jeff Haas Mazda; my last car was almost 15 years old so I figured it was time (yes, my almost 14+ year old car was still running smoothly). My salesman Charles Silmon helped to make the sale smooth, easy and painless. I will continue to get all service done at this dealer as with my last car. I drive all the way from Pearland because I know my car will get the best care. A shout-out to Allan Hemphill in service he is the best!
