This is a great dealership!!! You are put at ease right away and there are no high pressure sales tactics used. If you do not want anything added it is no problem. Ray Maxa helped me with the purchase of my Maxda 6 Sport. If your in the market for a car stop in and ask for Ray Maxa. His straight forward no nonsense approach will put you at ease right away. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and just a genuinely wonderful person.

I recommend Ray because of his no-pressure style and wonderful manners. He is very knowledgeable about the Mazda3 I purchased for my daughter. He took the time to explain the safety features of the car -that really made me comfortable buying I. He explained the high-tech equipment to my daughter and that made her excited to get it. A great car, a good deal and all the time we were treated like royalty. I will go back and buy a Mazda6 as soon as I can.

Working with Charles to purchase my first vehicle (the 2014 Mazda 6) was a great experience. Unlike other dealers that I went to, Charles wasn't pushy and was willing to work with me to find the car that I wanted. Although the dealer didn't have a particular model in stock at the time, they were able to pull the car from another dealer in a relatively timely manner and I thought their price was fair right from the get go. Compared to some other dealers out their, my experience with Charles and Jeff Haas Mazda was an extremely pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new car to check out Jeff Haas Mazda and ask for Charles.

I can?t express how unsatisfied I am with this service department. My first experience with them left me shaking and in tears. Now two years later, they have done it to me again. After waiting 3 hours to repair a tire I bought the ?Ultra? warranty on, which when I paid over $400.00 for it they said would repair tires and rims for road hazards and give a % towards new tires based on wear and tear. I find out that is NOT true. I am sharing this with you so you won?t allow yourself to be lied to the way I was. There is no reason for me to have to speak with 4 people before I find someone who can tell me about the warranties I purchased and what I have to do to use them. Please for your health?s sake find another dealer.

I had a wonderful experience at Jeff Hass Mazda , Phillip Brown Jr was my sale man and answered all my questions and showed me what they had in stock, and if not he would have found it , He listen to my questions and was so helpful . No hassle with price and very understanding help me get what i need for my trade in. .After finding the car he showed and answer all the questions I had , i would Recommend Phillip Brown Jr to my friends and family and return on my next car buying experience,. PS I love my Mazda 3 I touring must by one for the looks and drive and to save gas .

We wanted to look at the new Mazda6 and take it for a test drive. Ray Maxa called me and we setup an appointment. The test drive was great, and he was very helpful through out the entire process, and there was never a time where we felt pressure at all to buy. He actually asked us if we want to take the next step in the process and talk numbers. This was probably the best car buying experience we've had so far, and really appreciate Ray being there as he is an outstanding salesman and asset for the dealership. I left some items in our trade-in car and he has offered to hold it for me until I can drop by and pick it up. Jeff Haas Mazda is highly recommended!

I recently bought a Mazda6 from Jeff Haas. We were helped by Mr Ray Maxa.Ray was very helpful and knowledgable about the car he took us on a detailed test drive patiently explaning all the features. This was such an easy and really enjoyable experience! I am a first time car buyer and I must admit I was a little nervous, but the atmosphere of the dealership made my boyfriend and I really comfortable! I wasn't hassled by anyone, I was allowed to freely look around and then test drive the car without a salesperson and really get a feel for it, play around a bit. Then it happened! I absolutely fell in love with a 2010 red Mazda 6 for so many reasons, and not only did I get an EXCELLENT deal on the warranty I got with it, Nick, the salesman I worked with, made the process super easy and actually kind of fun, which i did not expect, like at all! I was comfortable closing the deal because he made me feel confident and at ease the whole time. I loved the customer service in general and I absolutely love my new Mazda. 5 stars all across the board!
