We visited Jeff Haas Mazda on a whim after seeing the CX-9 on the road and liking it's appearance. We were not intending to buy but were in the middle of the information gathering process. We were very impressed with the car. It had all the features we were looking for. We wanted to know how much our car was worth and what a CX-9 would cost. We agreed that we would go no higher than 22k and our car. We really liked our salesperson, Rainie and he let us know he was going to get us a good deal, although our ideal situation was impossible. We really liked him and ended up buying the car mostly because of his diligence and determination.

Very professional, helpful and patient, especially that I came in with my 5-week old. I had many questions regarding style and body and financial options. This is the first car that I have bought on my own. The overall experience from looking, to the purchase, to the treatment after has been great. Everyone was professional and explained every aspect of the buying or leasing options to me. I chose to buy a 2011 Mazda3. Not only was my purchasing experience great; they even taught me how to use various aspects of my car and set up my bluetooth. This was the second car I have leased from Jeff Haas and I will probably lease from them again. I worked with Phil Brown on this last lease. He is the best. Always straightforward, very accomodating and pleasant. My last name is not the easiet to pronounce but he asked what the correct pronuncition was and nailed it every time I came in. He even put my plates on my car when it was pretty cold out, which I appreciated very much. I have always gotten fabulous service from Darlene and Kourtney which adds to the comfort level of working with this dealership. Working with Darlene is like visiting with a friend. She takes time to visit with me whenever I stop in. The only recommendation I would make is to have the girls at the desk be more engaging with the customer. When I went in to pick up my plates, the young lady wouldn't take her eyes off of her computer long enough to even look at me. Must have been a good show! My overall experience has been excellent and I have recommended them to friends.

The moment I drove onto the dealership I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Rainie actually took the time to listen to my needs and my credit situation and he made me feel like anything was possible. I was not pressured into buying at that moment and told him I really needed to think about it. He understood and after much praying, I came back the next day ready to make a deal. It was one of the best experiences of my life with all the support and help I received from him and the financial manager. Jeff Haas Mazda got the most money for my trade in and had my car payments lower than anticipated. I was treated like I was special and I felt like I mattered to them.
