Online web sales reps are useless. They don’t finish their job. They leave you hanging. They never get back with info they promised. The salesman never even thank me for buying the van from him. He said the van would be ready to be picked up and it wasn’t. We told him we may be early and he said it would be ready. He also made the excuse twice that he was to busy to help me once the sale deal was made. He had no time for me and my concerns because it was a done deal. Jesus apologized and tried to make us happy which I did appreciated. So between the internet sale reps and the ungrateful salesmen the experience was not pleasant

From the first initial contact with Omar, he was great! When we didn’t see exactly what we where looking for at first, he went over and beyond and found the perfect vehicle. He was very patient and worked out all the details for us. I also want to mention Mr. Berry~ also very patient as he narrowed down all the details.
