Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

Came for an oil Change. It took a little longer than what I expected but not too bad. They did give me a paper with the all points multisystem check except they said my rear wiper was OK -I don’t have a rear wiper (I have a truck), what did you check? Other than that service was A-OK.

I would definitely use Mac Haik Dodge again. They were not pushy. They even showed me vehicles under the price I was looking at just to give me more options. I was very happy with salesman Roberto. In my opinion Roberto is a true salesman. He was not trying to push me to buy something I didn't need or want. Roberto actually helped me to find the right vehicle for me instead of just trying to sale a vehicle.

Jesus Coronado was the one that assisted me and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me as mush as he could.

I came in to get an oil change, and it seemed to be pretty busy when I got there, so I expected to wait. However, the wait was pleasant and they worked efficiently. I got a great deal and they worked to show me some of the best tire quotes. I’ve used the body shop too, so I didn’t expect anything less from the service dept.
