Had a terrible experience this month. Brought my car in for routine service, oil change and tire rotation. After more than two hours I had to track down my service provider to get a status. He finally showed me the multi point inspection results which found five critical items that needed repair right away. They also said my tires needed to be replaced, but gave no specifics. I declined any further work on my car and paid for my bill. Once I saw the bill, they DID NOT rotate the tires and never told me about this. My tires have plenty of tread life still remaining. I do not recommend taking a vehicle to them for service.

I would like to get my tires rotated on a priority basis so I don’t have to wait more than one hour. I took the car to a tire store and had the tread depth checked. All of the tires were acceptable although on the low end of the range. None of the tires are unsafe to drive on as reported by your service representative. The tread depth readings were not recorded or any reason why the tires were deemed dangerous!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Very unprofessional advisor’s. I took my car for oil change and they took too long and left my car with AC on for hours and they didn’t call and notify me when it was ready.

Went in for a oil change, muffler hanger replacement, and
Went in for a oil change, muffler hanger replacement, and tire rotation and was almost charged $400 dollars after waiting more than an hour from the projected time of completion. Almost every time I come here there's always something going on. Last time I will visit this dealership for anything. Going to Keating Toyota where the service is better, a bit farther but well worth it.

Worst service ever.
Worst service ever. I only needed oil change and they did the alignment without my permission so I had to pay. I also had an appointment and they serviced other cars before me. Took 3.5 hrs to get my car back.
