When I arrive I just requested for and oil change only,Mr H Annah Duraso pulled up my record I don't know what kind the service that he wrote down what I need they end up change out the brake fluids he also text me that I needs 6 services in the future I reply not now but I end up paying for the brake fluid that I didn't requested by the way it took them 3hrs for and oil change I think that is ridiculous he also said it will be ready in one hour and thirty minutes. This is very very bad service at Sterling McCall Toyota.

Brandon overcharged me. Later when I came out to pick up my car I realized my plate number was bent. They refused to fix it. I certainly won?t be returning here.
