When I drove up, I was I the wrong place.
When I drove up, I was I the wrong place. Someone told me where I needed to go. I went there and the next person took my car and got it taken care of. Great experience.

Sometimes it’s little bit expensive but it gaves me confidence that my car had received good service. My recent advisor was Oscar Casas , he was awesome in helping me , explained everything & prioritized what really needed .

Car service
Awful, I came in to service my car at 11:40am. They made me to stay till 2:30pm. As a pregnant woman, the feet got swollen that I can barely walk. Customer at services center got mad at the worker and they are not even sorry. Taking care of people that I came before. I am looking forward to get a better Toyota center to avoid coming to sterling MaCall.

Great Service over 4 different lease cars. My salesman is Michael Wolf and he was always professional yet personable. Hamsa in Finance was good at communicating all its details. The service department is top notch, too. Wish you guys washed the car like in the past as BMW always did???

WOW!
WOW! I wanted to purchase a Camry SE, and had had a poor experience at another dealership. I talked to Gordon at Sterling McCall, and decided to take my old car in for him to look at. He introduced me to Mike, a GREAT salesman. He understood right away what I needed. No haggling. No games. Just a very fair offer. I drove away in a new Camry, at a fair price. Mike Wolf is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Period. I won't ever go anywhere else.
