Poor customer service

By far the worst customer service at this dealership. Save your time, patience and money or at least don’t waste your time with Victor U the sales person. Asking the simple question if this dealership was price gauging their prices on their vehicles prompted him to get disrespectful, rude and ultimately refused to sell a vehicle or continue to discuss options. I understand price gauging your vehicles at this time is at the discretion of each dealership, but to be rude and dismiss the prospective customer is uncalled for. As someone that is a car fanatic and have purchased several vehicles in the past I have never been mistreated in this manner. Moving on to different dealerships who value customer service.

came in to look at online inventory but the car i wanted was not in stock. Mr. Salim helped me find a perfect car for me.

Best dealership!

Absolutely the best car buying and trade-in experience, they work fast and to the point. Don’t like something, let them know and they will make it work the best way they can. Go with a lady by the name Lupe, super professional and doesn’t give you the runaround.

Bad experience-Service Dpt. Mgr. Toyota9400 SW Fwy

This review is for the Service Mgr, Paul Krenzer, at SterlingMcCall Toyota at 9400 Southwest Freeway in Houston. Our experience for more than 15 years with the Group 1 McCall Auto Group has been exceptional, until I met Mr. Kreger. The passenger seat in our brand-new Sienna came with a malfunction and when we were given an appointment on 1/28 at 1 PM. Upon checking in, I was told those types of assessments aren't usually performed on the weekends because they take several hours to complete. This was obviously a scheduling error on their part, so I asked to speak with the Service Mgr., Mr. Krenzer to provide constructive feedback. He was very defensive and rude. I was shocked by his response as we are used to nothing but excellent customer service from the McCall Group. I am now regretting having purchased a Toyota, and looking for alternative dealerships where I can find a service department that cares about their customers and strive to offer the best possible experience.

Surely, Sterling McCall Services is the best.

Excellent and prompt Service. The Service representative was quite helpful in understanding the time constraints I had today. They put my car in better condition than when I took it for service. The service Manager was also very helpful.
