Exceptional exceptional service it was received when I visited. I actually got my car detailed. It was exceptional service great professional professional sales person. I would definitely use your services again. Have gone there quite a few times for service and and oil changes.

Very good service.

Very good service. I needed new battery and they didn’t have one, nor any dealer in Houston. So they had me purchase one from Walmart and they installed it for a very low price. It was a special battery and needed a special installation procedure. It was a hybrid. I am very pleased with their service.

The Sterling McCall dealership has always been well-managed. The workers always look engaged and the energy in the atmosphere is usually good. Jessica is my Service Consultant and she's great. Not only does she have expertise but she's also empathetic. I appreciate her encouraging words regarding my lay-off.

Obi went above and beyond to help us find a new car!

Obi went above and beyond to help us find a new car! We didn't feel rushed, we didn't feel pressured, we felt comfortable to look until we found what we were looking for. My husband is so excited with his new truck and Obi made it such a friendly and nice experience for us as first time buyers ? Definitely recommending this place!
