I went to fix the strange smell coming from the car, but they charged me for everything. The smell is still here. I bought this car brand new from Toyota, and I bought all the coverages but they still charge me for everything

The customer service at this dealership has declined

The customer service at this dealership has declined greatly. I just recently went for my schedule maintenance and did not get my multipoint inspection report. My tires were rotated and air was not putting in them and I scheduled to have my brakes done a week before my appointment only to find out that parts needed to be ordered the day of my actual appointment after my car being with the dealer for three hours.
