Ana with custom service is the best! She persistently calls to remind me of my appointment which I truly appreciate. Receiving emails about my diagnosis is a wonderful way of keeping me on top of my financial situation. Great service from the start to the end.

I would have given five stars, but they never returned my

I would have given five stars, but they never returned my text message or went over everything they did on my car with me. The lady at the front is also really rude when you pay to check out. This is in the service department and the bigger building not the express building.

Ive always serviced my vehicle at this Toyota dealer. My service advisor Jean is the best I've ever dealt with and very knowledgeable. He listened, was very compassionate and delivered. He was very detailed and explained everything thoroughly. The customer at this location is superb.
