Awesome.

Awesome. Everything on time. Prices not bad. Appreciate the coupon for discount. Also appreciate giving me free car to drive home, so I don’t have wait for long time, just return the car and my car is ready . That’ s very much appreciated. Also the service guy Jose the best. .Appreciate everything. . Will definitely go there every time.. Also recommend to friends and family.

The service department at Sterling McCall Lexus delivered

The service department at Sterling McCall Lexus delivered exceptional service. I was out of town when I experienced car issues. I called and explained my problem. My vehicle was towed to the dealer. Once I received the diagnosis I was perplexed. My service advisor calmed my anxiety by making sure I received the best deal. He went above and beyond to make sure I did. I will highly recommend Francisco Zapata as your service advisor. He is personable, professional and stand by you and make sure you are taken care of.

Sale you services that’s not needed.

Sale you services that’s not needed. Show me a video of a nail around the middle of tire saying they can’t plug it only can replace it with new tires. But when I to it to discount tires they couldn’t find any nail or repair. Same goes with my throttle cleaning due to lag response but after repair it was still the same. Later telling me it’s normal for AWD. This give me a bad experience from this dealership service department.

Took car in for intermittent starting problems and Stevie

Took car in for intermittent starting problems and Stevie made sure I wasn’t inconvenienced by quickly getting me into a rental car. Resolved the issue later that same day. No mess, no fuss. Easy!

Time is the most important commodity.

Time is the most important commodity. Appointment at 7 AM for oil change. Turn around time 9/30 Am 2:30 hrs 🙄 report came in battery needs replacement , requested $ 30 coupon to be applied. Rejected- u lost my business and customer. Common sense , vehicle is ready in the bay and easiest time to replace and get business . Even the decision makers couldn’t unfurl r $ 30 coupon. Bad decision makers 🤨. Advisor Kelly was good but couldn’t help in coupon .
