Had a great experience at Don McGill Toyota, Houston. Our salesman, Eli Schneller, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about every button on the car. They had the car we wanted, Grand Highlander Max, without waiting. Can’t say enough good things about Eli. He made sure we had his number in case we had any issues. Had a small ding on the car, called him he expedited getting it fixed and returned to us. Go to Don McGill, Houston ask for Eli Schneller.

I recently worked with Salesman Hunter Poole at Don McGill Toyota to purchase a 2025 4Runner Limited. Hunter was a pleasure to work with, found a 4Runner with the exact features I was looking, explained the various features and helped me link my phone to the 4Runner. All in all the process went smoothly and everyone I worked with were professional and accommodating. This is my first purchase with Don McGill and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Predatory sales practices for add-on products. Claimed GAP insurance and other add-on products were required in order to purchase the vehicle. GAP insurance and other add-on products cannot be required unless they are a term/condition of the loan contract. Toyota Motor Credit Corporation's loan contract contains no such language regarding add-on products. Salesmen rude and condescending. Be careful!!!!!

Excellent experience with buying a used car here. My salesperson Jackie was so professional and knowledgeable. She really took her time with me and made sure I was satisfied by answering all my questions. I’ve bought probably 10 Toyotas in my lifetime in the Houston area, new and used, and Jackie really impressed me. Also, in financing I was helped by Belal. Again, excellent professionalism and kindness. He really took his time with me and treated me with respect, making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Shout out to Jorge for his kindness, attention and care. And lastly, Chris and Edwin, who were so nice to me while I was waiting. This dealership, by far, all the way around, gave me superior service and treated me like I was buying a high dollar new car. I will refer friends there for sure. Thank you all.

I no longer dread getting service at a dealership. Despite having to service so many cars daily, McGill Toyota gets timely repairs right.
