Jim is one of a kind! I usually don't leave reviews but I had such a great car buying experience working with Jim - it was honest, easy, and straight forward. Typically not what you expect when walking into a dealership. I would recommend Jim to friends and family in a heartbeat. I told him in person too, but I really enjoyed working with him. I hope I can buy my next car from Jim too.

I came Lexus dealer told him that I want to buy one owner used car. After I paid and signed paper, he told me that car had two owner already! Cheat me! He only want to sale to you and get bonus!

The dealership overcharged me for an auto. I did not recognize the error. A month after the purchase I was reimbersed for the difference. Honesty is an admirable trait in this time in history. Need I write more? Daniel was great. Attentive to my needs and his follow through was commendable. Thanks.
