Westside Lexus

Joey got me fixed up with a new car in the matter of a couple of hours. Even with being short staffed, I was in and out in 2 hours. The service has been amazing and I will be recommending everyone to Westside Lexus going forward.

We love traveling from New Orleans to purchase our new vehicles. This is our second vehicle purchased in six years. The experience has always been welcoming and helpful. Our 2020 Lexus was purchased from Sam Chau but he got a promotion so in 2026 we met with Adam Nguyen and he has proven to be just as good as Sam - LOL! We love driving our 2020 Lexus so much we bought an extended warranty from Paul Rockett and he was very helpful! We were waiting on our 2026 Lexus and just happened to stop in the dealership on June 20 when we were visiting family and lo and behold another 2026 Lexus was delivered to the dealership. It wasn't the color we wanted but it had everything that we wanted. So, we bought it June 20, six years and one day from when we bought our 2020 Lexus (June 19). Judy Patureau, the finance manager, was very helpful in navigating us through all the paperwork. Gary Cohen, the sales manager made it work for us to have our vehicle delivered to us in New Orleans. We loved the special attention given to us in making both of our purchasing experiences pleasant ones. Although, we will not be getting our vehicle serviced with Westside, our Lexus dealership in New Orleans is top notch and our service consultant, David Nguyen is the BEST! I enjoyed the hot beverages at Westside :)

Dealership is convenient and easy to get to. Dealership is clean and with friendly and attentive staff. Joey Broussard was so amazingly attentive to us and trying to all the questions we had. Joey was very responsive throughout the entire process and continues to be to this day.
