Westside Lexus

My experience at Westside Lexus was very pleasurable. My salesperson Mr. Easterling was engaging and I never felt pressured at all. I chose a vehicle was then ushered into financing and was out in a nominal amount of time.

Both Alex and Joey were very prompt with their responses. They kept us updated throughout the process, especially Joey. He was very professional and courteous during our two visits to the dealership. Unfortunately, did not get to interact with Alex one-on-one during the visits. He was the first one to make contact with us during the purchase process, and provided all the relevant feedback very promptly.

I brought 30000 cash and Dom Thornton counted it and took my cash and came bat to tell me that my money was short of 2000. I’m very disappointed and I have been calling to get my balance back no one wants to address the issue. I cannot lose my heard earned money. I need the issue resolved

After test driving the RC 350, I knew it was the perfect fit for me and decided to make the purchase. Mr. George handled all the paperwork for my trade-ins, ensuring a smooth transaction. During this time, I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ty Stanberry, the manager representing Westside Lexus. He exuded professionalism and further reinforced my positive impression of the dealership. Having been a loyal customer of Westside Lexus since the early 90s, I can confidently say that they consistently provide a wonderful product and excellent service. I am grateful for their commitment to customer satisfaction and will continue to choose Westside Lexus for all my car-buying needs

courteous and friendly staff, clean and a lot of cars to view indoors, finance was quick and easy!! Kenny and Adam were very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle the buying options. Sterling in finance was very nice and the process was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Westside Lexus and the people I worked with also.

1st class car purchase experience at a 1st class dealership! Jeff was extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus products, was professional and never pushy. Westside did not have the color option I wanted in the RX350, but they were able to transfer one from another dealership in town. I've bought many cars over the years, and this experience with Westside Lexus was the most seamless and least stressful by far.

Excellent sales and service…a little disappointed with the performance of the Nx250…the ride is noisy and the engine/motor does not support the size of the car… My previous car was an nx200 with a turbo, so used to the pick up…

Likely the 14th Lexus purchased at Westside with the assistance of Mary Margaret McGowan...... once again a perfect experience throughout-- sales, finance, delivery. Won't buy a car from anywhere else or anyone else!!!
