I had a great experience with Westside Lexus working with John Lovings. John made the entire process so easy - he was communicative, efficient, and informative.

I would not get a car from any other dealership! Westside Lexus has been our go to place for several vehicles. Mike Nelson is great to deal with and I highly recommend him. Dom Thornton, in Finance, is also excellent to work with and very professional.

The salesperson, Christian, came to pick me up from my hotel after my business meeting and even allowed me to drive the vehicle we had seen online. The process took longer than expected because I had to wait for my bank to send the financing approval. That being said, the dealership worked hard to secure a great financing rate, which allowed me to get on my way for my 10-hour drive home. Thank you to Christian and the entire team for making the purchase of this vehicle such a pleasant and stress-free experience. I truly appreciate all of your help and professionalism.

Shannon was a great salesperson. Very easy to work with and kind during the process. I made an inquiry online and he reached out within a couple of hours with options. I went in that afternoon and walked out with a new car a couple of hours after!

Alex was a really great salesperson to work with. We were doing our first out of state purchase and he held our hand the whole way. He did a FaceTime call, showing all the features of the car, then guided us through the process of doing a prepurchase inspection and all the financing for the car. When we landed to pick up the car, all the docs were ready to sign with the dealer and finance, and we were out the door in less than an hour to drive back to our home state. Highly recommend, very professional, and if we decide to go out of state again, I’d love to work with Alex again.

I went in just to look at a Lexus with no intentions of buying one yet. But Rafael Garcia was wonderful and full of information about what I wanted in my next car. I looked at an RX350 h, and I was sold. The test drive was amazing. Rafeal was super patient with me and let me sit in the car as many times as I wanted. He helped me through the whole process, and Dom in financing was great as well. And I was able to get my payments where I wanted them.
