Very poor customer service after my car was damaged during delivery. Keep in mind, this was not a used Chevette - this was a 1/4 $1M car with low miles and allegedly "perfect" when it left the dealership. The shipping ($750) was included in the sale and they oddly hired someone whom they had never heard of or used. The delivery carrier delivered the car FRONT FIRST. Yelling aside, he damaged the front of the car, scraping it as he delivered the car (ruining the originality, paint, overall feeling of having a nice car delivered, etc, etc). I was left with sending the dealership photos and videos (which not everyone takes) of the terrible delivery. The man wore ear buds while driving the car down the ramp and could not hear or see me yelling at him that he was about to hit the street. Damage was "minimal" if you consider a new plastic piece, my time taking it to a paint shop, $1250 in paint work/fill/etc, losing originality, time back, getting the estimate, etc. CM was happy to get my wire instantaneously. They FedEx'd my paperwork and I sent it back. I never did receive a copy of said paperwork 9 days post delivery but then again the care they have shown me has been pitiful. The GM did not call. My salesman, Allan, although nice before the sale, has yet to call me personally to apologize and ask what he could do to fix the situation. I sent him multiple videos, of multiple angles, stills, and pretty much absolved them of liability - yet I am left holding the bag to REPAINT A CLASSIC CAR? All could have been avoided if the car was loaded right, by a proper carrier, and not someone they were unfamiliar with or never used! 9 days post sale, not one phone call to me. They are seemingly callous in their care of what it is. I was even told, "you might be better off not fixing it, since is can barely be seen." Wow. No, the car needs to be fixed. I sent them a very fair estimate of $1250 plus requested the AMG plastic piece for protecting "curbing." This was allegedly perfect when it left. Maybe the total price to the dealership is $1500? If that. Nobody is mailing me a check or caring to reimburse me what will be time, anxiety, headaches, and knowing that what I bought will never be the same again.

one of the best
I come here when I am bored with my friend. We come to look at the cars because of love for cars is so great. The staff is more than welcoming. I asked if I may sit in a car and without hesitation a representative said yes you may. Not to bring up a dealer but some dealers ask not to take pictures of vehicles or don’t touch or even sometimes why are you here these are expensive cars. This dealership is not like that. They treat you like family. No matter if you’re in van and a tee shirt or a 5000 outfit. You will be treated equally.

Not only did I discover that I had a local place to service my Bentley but, I found my next new car. Katrina and Bob the finance manager went above and beyond my expectations. My mind is set on the Gran Lusso with Katrina as my salesperson.

Great Buying Experience
Dropped in to the dealership to learn about Maserati's. Tom Melnyk patiently worked with me to get an understanding of the cars and the services provided by the dealership. After several visits and test drives, I left with a 2014 Ghibli. Great experience with Tom, as well as the service group, which certified and brought the car to pristine condition.

Mark Thomas , Dan Ricci , and everyone else we came in contact with were very polite and helpful. There was no pressure to make a purchase and all of my questions and concerns were taken care of in a timely fashion. They located the exact vehicle I wanted and beat everyone's price significantly .

First my car was seen and repaired promptly I was given a loaner which allowed me to work. I left 2 cases of girl scout cookies in the trunk and they were delivered to.me saving me from a missing work my car drives worlds better than before the repair which makes me feel like I have a new car. thank you Chris and Bob for treating me & my car like you did. I have sung your praises for days.

It was one of the best car buying experience i have experienced from an out of state purchase. Mark Thomas, the GM was exceptional to work with and he made sure the overall customer experience was top notch and all my questions were answered in a timely manner to make an informative decision and finalize the deal.

Excellent service
Very pleasant and patient when I had questions about my warranty. My car came back sparkling clean and it definitely did not go to them in that condition. Also very honest. While cleaning the interior they found a credit card I thought was lost forever and returned it to me.

Great service, overall great expierence
I enjoyed the laid back, yet responsive service. From the salesman to the auto technician. Everyone was very friendly and overall the best expierence buying a vehicle. Definetly a model to follow.
