Most dishonest dealership I've ever dealt with.
Most dishonest dealership I've ever dealt with. Confirmed interest in a car, didn't manage to agree on a price, so we walked, thats fine it happens. They called the next day giving a better price which we appreciated and accepted it. Next day they sold it to someone else......thanks Aaron, glad your word means nothing and sorry I can't drop my life just to get down to the dealership.........unbelievable.

I left my truck at Legacy Service with Lance this
I left my truck at Legacy Service with Lance this morning.. I’ve been going to Helfman for 30 years but moved to Richmond and decided to give Lagacy a try. What a difference. Lance had an idea of what my issue was which put me at ease. Helfman was non committal when I called them yesterday. The ride home was better, the waiting room was far better and ha S a cafe. What a better experience.

Great Sales HORRIBLE SERVICE
The sales process was smooth and easy but vehicle needed service in the first 50 mile and again at 2000 miles for various defects. The service dept doesn't call with updates nor do they have any updates when you call them. Even the service manager tells you he doesn't know the status of your car and will call you back - that doesn't happen. So I have tried to call the manager to find out what is going on and he doesn't return calls either. As of today of the 3 months that I have owned this vehicle it has been in their shop for 3 weeks. Once they get your money they treat you like trash

Poor communication
I brought my Ford focus to legacy ford against warnings about their service department. I was told by ford corporate to have them diagnose the transmission and have legacy contact them with my case # and they would provide me with a rental while the diagnoses and remedy were being worked out. 3 weeks later I was called by the rental place that I owed them $2300 for the rental so I called legacy and was told they would talk to them and them didn't. Then I get a call from legacy saying the car was completed and I needed to pay $6700. I could not believe it and also said they had to replace the starter which i never had a problem with. I guess I should of listened to others warning and now I know why they only have a one star rating with the BBB

2020 Escape
Love, love the car, loved the sales person, the repair guy was great, the only issue was that I was led to believe that all I would need to do was sign the papers but that was not the case.

Bought a lemon.
Bought a truck from Legacy Ford May 3rd. Had starting electrical issues May 23rd. No sire what?s going on. But I would have thought the dealer would have looked at all angles before selling me a truck that has electrical problems.
