I had a great experience with Sterling McCall Toyota in Fort Bend County. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Gus Reyes was very helpful.

Gus Reyes was very helpful. He carried me through the whole process with good communication from the time I dropped my off to delivery. Gus is a great. The repair technician did a great job.

Toyota had a paint recall on the Avalon I purchased

Toyota had a paint recall on the Avalon I purchased Sterling took care of me gave me a rental got it painted looking brand new and it's got 100, 000 miles on it. Toyota took care of the recall and Sterling McCall was a big part of that. Thank you all!

Toyota of fort bend always provides great service.

Toyota of fort bend always provides great service. Very punctual and affordable. I trust them as a dealership and respect their recommended services (although I don't always have all the recommendations done in that service visit).

Please ask for a quote via email or sms for any repair service. There is possibility that you may be charged extra on a quote received on phone. Today I had a bad experience where additional charges as Misc charges were charged from me. This is not the first time that I had a bad experience with this facility. I have used other Sterling McCall facilities in Houston where I never had an issue. Exercise caution visiting this facility.

The call has 2 parts. Whereas their was a mention of fee initially, if you listen carefully again, there was no mention of fee later when rate of service was finalised. Only $ 160/- plus tax was mentioned. Also the agent was asked to mail the quote which he didn't. Lastly when the vechile was handed over, the agent was once again asked specifically about about total cost and the reply was USD 160/- plus tax only. Sterling McCall is not giving a true picture which is very disappointing and i did not expect this from a Toyota dealership. This is the reason why i want others to be careful while dealing with Sterling McCall Fort Bend and insist on a written quote.
