I really liked the service I received from Roy Becerra.

I really liked the service I received from Roy Becerra. He is polite and explained everything. He came to me and talked to me about the findings. This is greatly appreciated as I struggle with looking at it on my phone. I will request him in the future because of his kindness.

This is the first time since buying my first new car in

This is the first time since buying my first new car in 1965 that I have had a remarkably pleasant and efficient dealership service department experience. My service representative, Angel Montalvo was courteous, well informed, and very deferential of my advanced years. The agency was consumer-centric, spotless and best of all my wait lasted 43 minutes from arrival to departure. Better yet, I scheduled online st 1730 the day before. My overall experience was so pleasant that I sent photos of a new Land Cruiser to my wife while waiting and will return with her tomorrow just in case she would like something special for our 51st wedding anniversary coming up in a few weeks! Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. I was in this location to just my 25000 service. I reached gave my car to service advisor at 9.45am. He told me 2 hrs. I wait 2.30 mts , no updates, then I reached the advisor, he said service already done while ago and car pulled to check the truck lift issue I mentioned to him. For that he made me to wait another1.30 mts. He saw many customers and given updates for them , but he ignored me . So wait another 1.30 mts . Then he said still not checked, so I end up to pull the car and left. Horrible place to go. Irresponsible advisor in my experience.

My wife and I went with our 2 cars.

My wife and I went with our 2 cars. I requested my first car an oil change. My wife requested her car with Oil change, Inspection, Engine Air filter change, Wiper blade change. After just about 10 to 15 mins of leaving the Car, we got a buzz that the Services has been completed. I am not sure, how did they manage to do all that. Huge problem with my wife's car repair. My wife's car had the progressive tracker plugged to OBD. The inspector fella has removed it but he shoved the OBD and all the wires completely ripped apart. My service tech comes to me and says that the inspection can't be done because the wires were all ripped. I was furious, and he didn't know I had OBD. Further my seat was damaged too...and now the plastic around my seat is broken. My engine air filter was not changed. My wife's car wiper blade was not changed but instead they changed it in my car. I reported the problem with the service manager and it was so pathetic, none of the guys were sorry for what happened until I said that explicitly.Service Manager said he would make it correct and my question is - Making it correct doesn't mean that the bad service and actions done by Inspector is forgotten or forgiven. It is wrong and if the inspector wanted to go home early, he could have simply said so and left but not find a way to damage my car and use that to say that OBD went missing. I am truly frustrated and agitated.

Service was great!!! They were very attentive, courteous, and had me out the door in less than 30 mins! Definitely recommend!
