They enthusiastically help with the financing part of the transaction even though I could have done that part myself. I purchased a vehicle from Howard’s Auto in the past that needed unexpected repairs…they did well helping with that so I reached out again a couple years later regarding a vehicle for my kid…..and no response. I suppose that will be my last attempt at purchasing a vehicle from Howard’s Auto.

They right up front with me on condition of the vehicle. They were also nice enough to send me a few pictures. Overall very helpful.

Was going to get a vehicle from them but when I got there I was waiting for 25 30 mins waiting for someone to help. And when they were “trying” to help they were on their phone talking and not answering the questions I asked. Looked underneath trucks and can tell they were rusty and can tell they painted over to hide it which can be a lawsuit when that frame snaps. Car had a check engine light on and they said it was a evap when it wasn’t when I took it to my guy when it was actually the Engine about to fail. Overall if I was you I would not come to this place. Vehicles are xxxx just like the service there both Elkhart and Mishawaka locations. Take your money some where else
