This is, without a doubt, the best experience one could

This is, without a doubt, the best experience one could hope for when in search of a new or used car.The moment we arrived, instead of being "attacked" by a swarm of sales people, we were warmly greeted by Chu Lassor, who encouraged us to take our time and look around and that she would be right there, should we have any questions. No pressure, no sales pitches, she just gave us the chance to look at the extensive inventory on our own. We found a few semi-finalists and then sat with Chu. She offered knowledgeable info about color choices, trim levels and was just so great at helping us to find the vehicle that was perfect and the Sales Mgr. was just as polite and easy going and it was clear that this was a family atmosphere where they are not just trying to make a sale. It is worth the drive from anywhere to actually be treated like a friend and now I know why and how Hampton Ford Hyundai earns so many 5 star reviews, so here's one more. My car was beyond clean and Chu helped us out so much and is such a sweet person. I will absolutely return for future cars, service and just to say "hello". Sincerely, Glenn Witkum Salem NH

Had an awesome experience buying a car for my daughters

Had an awesome experience buying a car for my daughters thanks to Greg Pappas. Super personable, gave us a great deal, and made the whole process really smooth. While we waited on banking and paperwork, he kept us entertained with great stories and pointed us to some solid local food spots (Street in Portsmouth in a must!). Solid dad-joke energy, super patient, and engaging. Honestly? I’d buy another car just to hang out with him again. 10/10, would recommend Greg for your next car AND restaurant tips!

I have been working with Michele for years now and I've bought several different cars from her. A very straightforward and fair experience. She goes out of her way to help her customers. Even after the sale she will always help me with scheduling appointments for service and always going above and beyond.

I came in on short notice with a complex and specific need both on the vehicle I was looking for, and the vehicle I was looking to trade in. The McFarland team heard my problems and worked creatively to find me the best solution possible with timely and enjoyable communication. Specifically, Rob Larson the General Sales Manager understands people to connect and comprehend their needs with the best I have ever seen. The team here is clearly under management that is second to none.

Had an excellent experience with Unchu Lassor and Robert Larson. Chu was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive to my questions and requests. Walked away with a great car, at a fair price including for my trade in. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Bill Grattan. I was able to have a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. and he was willing to work around my schedule on when I would be able to purchase it.

My experience with jimmy dexter was far from

My experience with jimmy dexter was far from professional. He allowed me to drive 3 hours to the dealership under the impression he would give me a reasonable offer for my trade, to which he claimed with no evidence to support that my trades transmission was going. Then, after I test drove their unit and highlighted issues I found with it (squeaking ball joint, loose tie rod end, tailgate paint scraped off by aftermarket bumper, 4 wheel drive not working properly) he refused to come down from the price he offered before the test drive. How can they put a state inspection on this unit???? I don’t understand how possible issues with my vehicle reduces the value but actual issues with their unit doesn’t lower the price. He just would not work with me. In fact, at one point he threatened he didn’t want to do the deal anymore! After he knows I drove 3 hours. And THEN he tells me he has to leave for an appointment in the middle of my deal. The other accociate in the wholesale department was great but he was overwhelmed with no help due to Jimmys absence. If I could give negative stars for my experience I would. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend.
