Purchased a vehicle back in July. Within 10,000 miles (of the 82,000 on the car) the transmission needed replaced. $4,500 later, Now the engine is knocking. Attempted to work with Shelly to find a reasonable solution. She was completely unprofessional. Assured me they would NEVER sell me a car they knew had issues. The car has been one issue after another from the beginning. It was also the “only car” I would be able to finance according to AA motors. Imagine that, the “only” car ends up having transmission and engine issues. Now the “only” car is the $16,000 problem of a single mother and not AA motors. I would recommend you steer clear of this lot and spare yourself the headache.

If I could give negative stars I would. Never do business with them for sales or service. NEVER! They sold us a piece of junk truck with multiple unsafe systems showing their service department doesn't know what it is doing or they don't care they sell unsafe vehicles. leaking rear axle so possible risk of rear brakes failing...failing alternator so truck could die in the middle of the road...Upon bringing the truck back for service they made the issues worse. No working lights! Sent my kid off the lot with an unroadworthy vehicle. ILLEGAL! Refused to fix anything. Refused to buy it back. We had to put $1200 in to make the car drivable by our kid. They don't care about their customers. At all. Avoid at all costs. Brandon and his service guys are jerks.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that was no good, I was told everything works on the vehicle. Realized in 1 hour that my car navigation system wasn't functional, it has been over 4 months now they're refusing to replace it. From the Manager Brandon to the Finance Manager Shelley.. they're laid to me. I can't and will not recommend anyone here for business.

Very early in the process and was a very comfortable experience. Salesman and manager were not pushy, gave me all the info needed. 5 stars highly recommend, will be back once tax return comes in.

Absolutely top notch customer service, professional demeanor, and quality vehicles. Found a gem of a Land Rover truck here that I had been looking for all over the area, but like most Seattle/Tacoma used car dealerships, they were all beat up. Not here, the quality of All American Motors vehicles is second to none. Brandon was great to work with, he made it happen for me, was extremely transparent to what they did to the truck, and what they wanted to get out of it. This leads me to another point, their vehicles are all vetted with a safety check and immediate addressing of maintenance needs, unlike most straight from the auction used car lots. In this time of COVID, I noticed scrubbing down of cars before delivery and test drive, everything was very clean in the facilities, and everyone was wearing PPE. I have never felt this comfortable in ANY car dealership. You can be assured that you will find the car or truck that you are looking for at a good price, and in a very clean, professional atmosphere at All American Motors! My experience at All American was not only satisfactory but also safe considering the unprecedented time we are all going through. Brandon was to the point and very helpful in explaining financial terms. Brandon takes his time and listens to the need of consumer. They have great cars. Reliable cars. Brandon was able to get me into a car that I was looking for. I highly recommend every one to go shop at All American Motors.

Needing to get a new car right now during the Covid-19 crisis was not ideal to say the least... Worrying about the usual BS of buying a new car is stressful enough! Thank you to Brandon, who, despite having to run the place almost entirely on his own (due to the crisis restrictions), always responded promptly, and professionally, and negotiated a better deal than I could have expected given my circumstances. We dealt mostly over the phone and by email/text to reduce contact while discussing which vehicles I was interested in and what I could afford. I could even joke that I never saw his face since he was wearing a mask and gloves when I came to test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork lol. Out of all of my car buying experiences (being five in total now) this was the most unique, stress free, and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had!

I was impressed with American Motors, to be honest at first I was sure if I wanted to deal with them, it was hard getting into their parking lot and the salesperson I was suppose to talk with was busy, so I was introduced to Austin and he understood what I wanted to do and looking for. After couple hours we had a deal on a 2018 Chevy. Austin and the others there are great, they do listen, they understand. I'm for sure happy with them and I do recommend them for use trucks or cars, I feel you wont go wrong. Try them out, I think you'll be happy, I was.

Went and looked at a Gmc duramax, Ron helped us and was he awesome! Treated us with the up most respect. We're always treated like family. I believe this is our 4th vehicle we've bought here. Definitely recommend!!

Needed to purchase a car today. The staff there was friendly, professional, and above all HONEST. I have only purchased a few cars from dealers and prefer the level of service and Professionalism that I have experienced from independent dealers. I highly recommend this team!
