Great service from Mike, Toby and Owen!

Great service from Mike, Toby and Owen! Mike helped us find what we wanted. Toby is the best finance guy we’ve ever worked with. And Owen was great in the service department.

Quick Fix on the spot!

Dropped into the Dealership without an appointment. Back wiper on my 2 year old 4 Runner was not working. Young lad at the Service Desk was simply terrible (insisting I need to book an appt and have it properly diagnosed). Service Desk Manager over hears the chat, and politely offers to look at my truck in the lot. Suggests it probably means the back windshield is not firmly up. He was correct! 1/4" gap and the sensors turn off the wiper to ensure drivers don't spray windshield wiper fluid into the vehicle. Saved me a booking appt., trouble of driving in, a few hours wait, etc. Perfect service! We are long time fans of Toyota Canada and this reinforces are commitment. Kudos to the Service Manager at Victoria Toyota!

Regret

Forgot to mention they tried to snag 5k of my trade in money in a 12 hr period, I literally had to blast the guy to it back. After him walking in and out of his office, several times, we came to an understanding. Also, these guys record you with out your knowledge, that's so sneaky. I know what was discussed, you don't need to act like you are above the incident or like I have forgotten what I said. And as I told him, I will blast these sorry business practices. Also was told that my truck was already sold. We didn't even have an agreement yet.. Stuck me a vehicle I wasn't happy with as it was getting late. Mind you, they could have given me my keys, I asked more than once for them. Came home in a vehicle I was not truly happy with and exhausted from the entire process. I returned at opening to get this corrected, again got the run around. Salespersons and finance people are not there at 8, which is opening. Go through saga, test drive other vehicle, here we go.... The sit on "the couch" thing until after 5, then to have the saleperson lock the keys inside. So more time wasted waiting for a locksmith. Thinking on this, after the fact has taught me, keep your keys. If they use them, demand them returned to you, they are yours until the deal is complete. Do not allow them to make you feel like they are doing you a favor, another ploy. Do not trust anything unless you see it with your own eyes. I'm thoroughly disgusted and angry about this entire mess. I truly had faith in the dealership but wow was I ever wrong.

Victoria Toyota Harassment!

Horrible dealership employees and managers. Kept harrasing me with texts after I advised them no longer interested in purchasing a vehicle from them or doing any buisness with Victoria Toyota.

Don’t buy here.

Predatory pricing, and high pressure salesman. Horrible buying experience. Go somewhere else. Wonderful products, I’ve bought nine Toyota Tacomas from this dealership. I won’t go back for number ten.

Bad Communication

Well, I called at 8am to set an appointment for 6pm to come and see if they could get me in a truck that I loved the sales manager called me at 11am to confirm that I would be at my appointment I got their at 5:45 and they sold the truck from under neath me. Highly pissed that they didn't even attempt to call and say hey it sold don't worry about coming in so I drove 30in out of my way for nothing will I will not visit the dealership again. Thanks for nothing what a shady dealership.

Shopping for a car and everything went great I pur

Very friendly People fast customer service I purchased a car my sales person with David Calales and he did a great job he got me in the car I want it and I am very satisfied

Price Gouging

Hopefully they go out business. Price gouging with market adjustments during financial hardship way to help your community. Forcing people to buy those addendum‘s they put on a vehicle. I should have final say and what goes on the vehicle on I’m purchasing. If I don’t want Apex, tented windows, or what ever they decide to add.(overpriced add on’s is where they make large profits off of you) I shouldn’t be strong armed in to that BS. Won’t ever be back and bad mouth them ever chance.

Good experience, friendly staff

Josh was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Went in just to test drive a Highlander. Ended up buying one.
