Hi Maria, I'm sorry you did not agree with our diagnostic fee but unfortunately we don't condone verbal harassment of our team members, especially given that we had a signature authorizing the diagnosis prior to completing the work. Safe travels.

It was never verbal harassment and I have it recorded and the payment was never a problem if the fact that they lied but that they enjoyed it for something I am not the only one who thinks the same about their team

This was a pleasant and awaome experience. I drive from out of state and the transaction was smooth and quickly got me headed back home in my new truck.

$10K Rip Off

After working out all the details for the vehicle I was buying at the end they informed me that the vehicle is going to be marked up by $10K by the dealership because is "hot vehicle". I also notice this dealer makes the buyer pay the sales persons commission.

I bought a 2022 Jeep WRANGLER ordered from the factory

I bought a 2022 Jeep WRANGLER ordered from the factory back in Jan. One of the managers sat down with me and ordered everything. Including Sirius XM Radio which added $1200 to the total price. My Jeep arrived in Apr 2022. I noticed in May that there is no Sirius XM Radio on this vehicle. The dealership says the factory screwed up and did not install it. Upon further research, including the build sheet which i downloaded online, there is no Sirius XM Radio listed. I paid for Sirius XM Radio on this jeep and they need to make this right.

My salesman, Lambert, did an excellent job of communicating with me. We agreed on a price, I was sent the necessary paperwork and concluded the sale. Went smoothly as possible considering I live 800 miles away. My wife and I flew to Baltimore to pick up the F250. Lambert picked us up at the airport, went back to the dealership and within 30 minutes we were on our way. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Would recommend this dealership completely.

Highly recommend the team at DARCARS Jeep New Carrollton! I live in Arlington, Virginia. I had been looking for weeks, calling and driving to numerous dealerships all over Northern VA, as well as MD. Finally, I called DARCARS New Carrollton and spoke with Tim Ralston, the General Manager. It was a done deal. He was straightforward, honest, and easy to talk to. I got top dollar for my Hyundai trade-in and a great price on the purchase -- an all around fabulous experience leasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I couldn't be happier. James, the sales consultant, was helpful and accommodating, as were Olu and Cedric. Feels great to get a good deal and have a positive experience!

**Worst**

****DON'T GO****STAY AWAY**** From February 2020: Only giving 1 star because I can't give ZERO. Worst auto experience of my life. Dishonest with genuine intent to deceive. (the only exception is Ken- the finance guy- he was Great) There was ZERO desire to provide any type of customer service, even when I made it as easy as humanly possible. I gave crystal clear communication and specific questions.. which were met with repetitive disregard and false information. They, (sales rep) specifically, lied lied repeatedly about several things, which I later discovered and they could not have cared less. Even contacted the General Manger, Tim, directly.. and, despite an abundance of clear examples of wrong doing, he made no attempt to correct or reconcile, beyond a simple apology. He said he would follow up, never did. Has ignored my attempts to follow up. ****ADDED UPDATE 11/20/21 If you notice the company responded to this review and asked to be contacted to “discuss my experience”. I’ve contacted them THREE times - No Response. Not that I’m surprised. ****ADDED UPDATE 02/22/22 Still no response from company. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other dealership.

This is the worst dealership I've dealt with in my life....

This is the worst dealership I've dealt with in my life. All they won't is your money. Avoid this place by all means necessary. Emmanuel the guy who sold me my truck is one complete idiot. He will not return phone calls after the sale. He has lied to me a number of times about the vehicle I brought. The rotors are bad and they don't want to fix them and I'm under a warranty. Avoid this dealership!
