The customer service is excellent.

The customer service is excellent.Iwas greeted immediately, and Michelle was the absolute best.She had all the answers and was so good at explaining all the features of my new Trailblazer.

Wonderful service!

Wonderful service! I decided to wait while my car was being serviced. My car was taken in right away. Their waiting room was quite comfortable. After my service was done the tech came and told me what was done. All went well and surprisingly smooth I am very happy!

May 15th My 1st time leasing and 1st time in a new car

May 15th My 1st time leasing and 1st time in a new car experience with the West Herr Chevy team was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Their dedication and caring did not go unnoticed to make my dream come true. My many thanks to James McCullough ( General Manager) Frank Cotroneo ( Sales Consultant) and let’s not forget the kind greeter Jennifer Kohn for being there to make my experience one of gratitude and pride to be a part of the COW (lol) family.
