Google doesn't give me enough characters to leave my real review so I'll give the short version: I"ve been through sales, the GM, and corporate. The next step is to file a formal complaint with the DMV. I will not stop until my issue is resolved: you're not the first people to try and screw me and I eat, sleep, breathe conflict management. The only reason this isn't a 1-star is because there are dealerships committing actual fraud or simply fronting for drug dealers.
