Bought new rogue for my wife on Saturday. Had a good experience with all involved. Service department is great to deal with as well! William in finance really did a great job with all the paperwork!

I bought a vehicle and after having truck for only 2 days...

I bought a vehicle and after having truck for only 2 days I noticed the radiator leaking and clicking noise coming from the wheel. I took the truck to service shop at Andy Mohr and gound out that the cost fix both problems was a little more than $1200. So, I schedule for the service to be done. Prior to the technicians completing the service, I spoke to two different sales person in regards to getting a discount on the service. They both said that they would speak to someone and call me, but I never received a call. At the end of the day after only having to truck for less than a week, I had to spend over $1200 for service repairs. While driving home after picking up my truck, I noticed that I was still hearing the clicking noise. The technicians inspected the vehicle and told me that the clicking noise was due to bad bearings. Well they changed bearings and the clicking noise was still there. I had to take my truck to a different location Nissan location in order to get the issue fixed. So I had to spend a total of $2300 on service repairs on a truck that I bought from Andy Mohr Nissan 3 weeks ago. Andy Mohr Nissan was more concerned with making money instead of customers service.

High pressure tactics. Good deal in the end

In the beginning I was very frustrated with the tactics. I went in to look at a specific used 2019 vehicle. I test drove that car, and I liked it a lot. They then begin trying to sell me the 2020 versionAnd started high-pressure tactics to make me sign the deal at that moment. I told them that I was not going to buy a car on that day, period. However, they clearly wanted to move a new car By close of business that day....so the tactics on upping value of my trade in. As annoyed as I was, they eventually offered so much for my trade in, I couldn’t refuse ($1500 more than what I paid for it in 2016!). In the end, I drove away with a similar model brand new car at the same cost as the 2019 model. I didn’t enjoy the tactics and the pressure. But the deal was verrrry good. The signing process was also very easy. Aftercare seems good, to date.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us the feedback. Often times the sales managers have to try harder to get approvals under certain circumstances. Nissan is a bit easier to go through and we can make it happen in the end. Thank you for your patience in the process as it seems to have worked out for the best in the end. Customer service

Very friendly staff and process was easy. This place was busy but the staff got us out in a timely manner. We brought a car for my teenager as a graduation gift. Car was nice and a very reasonable price. I would shop here again

Ricky was amazing. I made a 13 hour drive from Dallas and when I broke down on the interstate, I was really worried. I had my Nissan towed to your dealership and while I never met Ricky personally, he took the time to talk me through everything. Car got fixed and I never felt mislead during the process, something you don’t find very often. Thank you for all you do

Found this dealer through autolist app. Completed online...

Found this dealer through autolist app. Completed online paperwork for purchasing a vehicle and trading in my car. After all was filled out, I received a deal from Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon. I accepted the deal and made an appointment to test drive car and purchase. Drove 3 hrs to buy car and was met by random salesman, not person I was dealing with online. After 15-20 mins, I was able to test drive the car and then sat for another 30-45 mins before I was talked to about purchasing the vehicle. Salesman came over to me and showed me a piece of paper with 4 squares on it with price of my car, new car, payment amount and loan term. These prices were $2000 more, 18 months longer for payments and $750 more than my agreed on down payment. To top.it off, the payment was $60 more a month. I said no, and showed them the email from this dealer showing the deal I accepted. They came back and said they couldnt do those numbers. They re-worked the numbers and still were 6 months longer, same payment, and $600 more down payment. I countered with the bald tires on the vehicle I was looking at and they told me they took $500 off the price of the vehicle. Which was $2000 over my deal. So, they didn't actually take any money off, just kept increasing the price. These people are dishonest, shady, and only there to drive up the price on their cars.

Scheduled appointment for oil change, tire rotation and detailing of car. David assisted me. Overall they did a great job. Could have done the wheels better as it looks as if they just did the top and not into all the slot with the armor all.

I recently purchased a 2020 titan from Andy Mohr Nissan....

I recently purchased a 2020 titan from Andy Mohr Nissan. The process could not have been easier. I worked with Paul, Aaron, and Nick. I drove from out of state to purchase this vehicle and there was nothing hidden from me. The deal that we discussed over the phone regarding my trade-in, money down, and price of the new vehicle was honored. They did not pressure or hassle me in any form and the entire process from the test drive to driving back home only took a couple of hours. They treated me with respect and the main sales Paul was a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to deal with.

We we’re looking for a reliable, good priced small sedan for our daughters first car and this was the first place we visited. It was a group effort from the sales team at Nissan and they more than met our needs. Very pleased with the Nissan Versa we purchased from Andy Mohr.
