The service department takes forever and no one seems to
The service department takes forever and no one seems to know what they are doing. Then once you have waited a month for the parts to come in and you have spent 30 days hounding them they don't even call you to let you know the parts are in. Finally bring the truck in for repair and they don't fix it right, leave stains all over the vehicle and obviously didn't test what they fixed because it was still broken once they gave the truck back. Take it back to have them make it right and you wait hours in the waiting room with no answers. This is by far the worst run service department I have ever visited.

Our Fourth Purchase with Gary Washington
As we said two years ago "We never thought that we would purchase three trucks from the same salesperson and the same dealership in three years" but we just purchased our fourth truck from Gary Washington and Ken Stoepel Ford in five years! When was the last time you can say that you "Looked Forward" to the car buying experience! Obviously, we do! and its all because of Gary! He knows what we want and what Ken Stoepel's dealership has at any moment. The whole buying experience is smooth, professional and fast. Great car buying experience
I recently purchased a previously owned vehicle from Ken Stoepel Ford in Kerrville and am very pleased with my decision. The sales associate, Erik Schwartz, went above and beyond to help and ensure my satisfaction with my purchase. Todd Odom and Juan Rodriguez were instrumental in helping me secure this vehicle at a price that I can afford. Although I am unsure of who to thank that is "behind the scenes", my car was clean and well taken care of when I pulled off of the lot. Thank you Ken Stoepel Ford! I will definitely be using you again in the future.

My experience with Steve Black at Stoeple Ford
I called Stoeple Ford concerning the price of a bronco 2023. The sales person Steve Black answered the phone and asked me if I could come on down. I came down right away and he showed me the heritage edition bronco and cactus green gray along with some other options I chose the heritage, edition, cactus green with the white pinstriping and white wheels four-wheel-drive four-cylinder. Steve was knowledgeable, conscientious, and adept. He told me all about the options that were available to me gave me a good price for my trade-in and before I knew it I was driving off the lot with my brand new bronco I would recommend Steve black to anyone who would like to talk to them about afford product. He has the knowledge and know how to get you in the four that you want today. Thank you Stoeple Ford.

Ordered and received a 2023 F350 XLT. I worked closely with Steve Black, who is a superb salesman. We worked closely during the ordering process and I was even able to make a few changes after the initial order. Steve knows his product / business very well. Very low pressure. I knew what I wanted and also what I could afford, and with Steves' acumen, we were able to deliver the right product to me, a satisfied customer. (This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Stoepel Ford, starting way back in 1977).

Don't know about sales, but service follow-up is
Don't know about sales, but service follow-up is non-existent. Had my diesel truck serviced there and afterward realized there was an issue with the DEF gauge. They did top off the DEF. After several hundred miles, the DEF gauge hasn't moved. That is a critical indicator for a diesel engine. Called for assistance and after initially telling me it was not a "real" problem, relented to an appointment - weeks away. Told them I was traveling (with the truck) for the next couple of months. They said I could use any dealer and have a good trip. Then hung up on me. GREAT customer service! Will NOT use them again.

The best automobile dealership I have ever dealt with. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have had a completely pleasant experience each time. Michael Hebert is my usual salesperson, however he had to have surgery and an extended recovery so I completed the last purchase with Art Schoonover. Again, a wonderful purchase experience. Juan Rodriquez, in the finance department, has worked wit me on every purchase I have made with Stoepel Ford and he is excellent. I ordered a '22 Maverick, however, a year and 5 months later a '23 Maverick was delivered. Ken Stoepel Ford and their staff did everything possible to make that wait as painless as possible. My new Maverick was well worth the wait. I love Ken Stoepel Ford and I love my new Maverick! Even though I live 260 miles from them, I will not buy from any other dealer!
