I wish this had a negative 5 star. Whatever you do Vehicle from Orange Coast infinity in Westminster. Everyone lied. They are just honest and disreputable you have been warned.

Warning, warning, warning… Please do not purchase a

Warning, warning, warning… Please do not purchase a vehicle from this disreputable company. To make a long story short, They completely and deliberately misled me and lied to me. I don’t have time to take these people to court. I purchased a vehicle with their five year unlimited mile “LuxeCare “warranty. They guaranteed me this service For free, but when I tried to use it, They would not fulfill their agreement Go anywhere else, but do not use this company. They cannot be trusted they should not be in business

On 03-21-24 Jeffrey Holmes are very happy to help me test

On 03-21-24 Jeffrey Holmes are very happy to help me test drive, the 3.7 2015 Q50, Jeffrey good job get my remote, program approved by his sale manager save $350.00, (value) and later he help me free of charge windshield cover-fender right hand missing (passenger side) special Oder April 24, for free of charge, ($75.00), He alway busy! With his customers, still find the time greeting me. Even he assist me accessed take stuffs out my old car. I wish the Rear Trunk Lift Supports two Shocks Struts for Infiniti Q50, discount or something, $175.00 Each. No longer support when you closes. (Too heavy for lifting up)

Two thumbs up to SA Ortiz.

Do they send Infiniti service advisor to Japan for training? My service advisor was polite and very customer oriented. I was sitting in service waiting area. When Mr. Ortiz came to inform me about updates, I was ready get up from chair to talk to him. He came and knelt? down then explained to me about current status. Wow, I thought that was very cool and definitely customer oriented action. That moment I was thinking about buying another Infiniti next time.

Best dealer experience

Looking for a Tesla and they had a model 3, only 3 months old. Freddy was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He made sure we were taken care of during the financial process, too. At the end he was there to give us our new card and left his phone number in case we needed anything later. Great job.

Best Service Dealership Experience Available

I've had the pleasure of bringing my Infiniti 2009 G37 to this dealership since it opened---they truly care about both the owner and the vehicle! Eduardo Ortiz is a customer-focused professional who is a pleasure to work with. My vehicle has over 101,000 miles on it and I'm convinced it runs great due to the care of the team at Orange Coast Infiniti.

Best dealership ever to work with to buy a car

Easiest car buying experience we have ever had in our 50+ years of buying cars and trucks. Freddy and Joe made us feel right at home like we were friends for years. The finance man guided us through the process in no time and we were extremely happy with our new QX60.

Great job!

I had an appointment to have an oil change. I was taken into the advisor quickly. They discovered a couple of problems that needed addressing. Erick showed them to me on my car so I could decide if I should have them fixed at that time and I decided to go ahead with them. Andrew also answered a question for me and George agreed with what I needed to have completed. Everyone is thoughtful as well as professional. I didn’t mind waiting for my car. Carlos did a great job repairing things as well as changing my oil. Thank you to all.
