Your service advisors are always very nice and

Your service advisors are always very nice and responsive. I have been using your service for many years now and prefer Orange Coast INFINITI to others in the area. I was a bit disappointed with the last service appointment. My car is usually washed and cleaned when I pick it up but this time around it wasn’t only dirty but had bird droppings on it. The gentleman there didn’t have anything to wipe it off with and the sticker stating the mileage for my next oil change was not in the window. It’s these little things that make you feel appreciated as a customer but overall I have been very pleased with the service received.

I was the one of Customer to this dealer since 2017 to now. I’ve leased 4 cars Q50, Q70S, QX80 and now QX60. I dont have any problem with this dealer no issued. until last 2 weeks ago I was leased a new car QX60 year 2022 personally that make me unsatisfactory with person on the behind the dealer calling Sale Manager/ Chad. He is horrible person use the word’s to speaked with me in front of his sale people during I nicely to asked a gift change for the dealer promissed me when I leased a QX80 on 2020. At that time that I am very feeling bad, I am so nervousness and I can not drive home after I turned my car to car wash at dealer on Saturday. My sale person Mr. Freddy and other sale Manager Mr. Raul that they told me will taking care for me to talk to the GM. I would like and hope this dealer to improve and change how to talk to Customer if Customer has question or concern.. Overall, the servie maintenance department and some of employees in this dealer very excellent and good communication with me.
