Great Service Appointment

It was very easy to schedule by calling my Service Advisor, Collin Miranda. He also arranged for a loaner car for me that was just like the car I drive now (2018 Crosstrek), except it was a brand new 2023 model! This made me very comfortable driving the loaner. I feel Collin went above and beyond to get a Crosstrek for me as the loaner. My car was ready by early afternoon, which worked out great for me too. Check out was easy and speedy! I know the work was done right. Thanks to all! And thanks for having loaner cars -- it is such a convenience.

Best customer service! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was exceptional! It was my first time getting a car and it was definitely worth it because I had a great and smooth transaction with Tony Santos! From the first moment we came to the shop until the very last part of the transaction, we were gladly assisted by Tony. I am thankful that he was the one who assisted me because, since I had little knowledge and had a lot of questions about specific features in a car that I was looking for, Tony was able to address all of that and more. I was initially eyeing for the 2019 Subaru Forester Sport but after letting me test drive it myself, I felt it wasn’t the one for me. So, after a few follow-ups between us, he was able to look for a solution and provide me with the best choice: the 2023 Forester Limited! I’m the type of customer who needed to take my time and exhaust all options to make sure I make the best decision and I felt he was able to empathize with me as a buyer, so I didn’t feel any pressure to buy this or that, every recommendation has always been about what I needed in a car. He was extremely patient with me, and that’s a plus! Tony always gave me updates on the status of the car that I wanted and the good thing was I could easily contact him whenever I needed to. He was very transparent with everything and would not try to upsell or cross-sell you with anything other than what you actually want. I would definitely recommend getting your Subaru here in Gerald Naperville and look for Tony Santos because he totally goes the extra mile in making sure you are getting your money’s worth and that you would leave the shop happier than when you came in because I did! I would have rated him 100/10 if I could. By far, this is the best customer service I had ever experienced. He even shared his snacks with us and offered to pick us up when the car comes in!

Easy proces but time consuming and overselling

Our service representative was extremely knowledgeable and friendly however the buying process was overly time consuming especially when we were picking up the car. Also there was a lot of overselling on unnecessary items and they would not take no for an answer.

Subaru is Love

Everything and everybody. My service provider was very helpful in explaining my tune up. The coffee and snack bar was very welcoming. The bathrooms still impress me with its tidyness, privacy, and accessibility. Friendliness and efficiency were outstanding. This year I waited in waiting room for my tune up and I had time to ask about a Starlink renewal. Salesman gave me his total attention and expertise. waiting room bright and cheery with plenty of room for social distancing.
