It was many things. Leo Lopes sat down with us and made a written list of what we were looking for. Then he showed us all the various models that had... those features. He addressed our concerns to both my husband and myself. There was no pressure to buy. He introduced us to the manager and gave us all the materials we needed to compare to other makes of cars. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly when we asked to see a salesman. All the available models were on the showroom floor. Test driving was easy and safe on the closed track. The facility was immaculate and everyone professionally dressed. Employees walking within the facility stopped to acknowledge us. When we decided to buy the vehicle, it was our decision based on how valued we were to the dealership and not just another sale.

Jennifer was really personable and not pushy. She gave me time to think and I did not feel rushed at all. She was very detailed in explaining the car features... while I was doing the test drive. I was impressed with how much time she spent in dealing with a customer like me.
1. Warm and welcoming showroom environment that allowed me to look at the various cars on display at my leisure. 2. A sales person approached me in a friendly... manner while maintaining eye contact during our conversations. 3. Jennifer Silvestri was very knowledgeable about the features and specifications on the vehicle we test drove. 4. The test drive was a combination of driving the local streets and the private test track. 5. Jennifer demonstrated the particular features of the vehicle while on this test drive. 6. Once we returned from the test drive Jennifer politely introduced us to Jesse Bush due to Jennifer having a previously scheduled meeting. 7. Jesse answered the remaining questions we had about the vehicle, warranties and explained to us in detail about the after sale services provided by Gerald Subaru. 8. We voiced concern over the issue of this model vehicle being within its 1st year of production. Jesse quickly assured us that the reliability of the vehicle would not be an issue. 9. Jesse arranged an extended test drive in which I took the vehicle home for the night and the following day. It was during this time that I decided to purchase the vehicle. 10. Jesse made us feel comfortable during the negotiation of the sales contract. He explained everything in a concise but yet detailed manner. 11. Jesse has continued to provide excellent service after the sale. 12. Jesse is an excellent representation of a professional and personable individual that is an asset to Gerald Subaru. 13. The fact that Gerald Subaru is dog friendly is a huge plus.
