They got in check in and did all the maintenance and

They got in check in and did all the maintenance and check the battery and informed me that I would need a new battery soon. Jacob explained everything to me and that I understood everything that he was telling me. He also told me what to expect for my next maintenance appointment. He took good care of everything.
