When our a Forester's vinyl driver's seat started peeling, we contacted Trish Svizzero at Gerald Subaru. She examined the problem and immediately provided us with possible solutions. The repair she suggested was an excellent and is totally undetectable.

Walked in thinking Id just get a test drive to compare to
Walked in thinking Id just get a test drive to compare to the Honda I originally thought Id be buying. Walked out happily with a Crosstrek. Unhurried & transparent service. Went the extra mile to help me with relatively silly requests (flipped the spare tire around for me in 95+ degree heat). Didn't treat me any differently for being underdressed & a little disheveled.

Service was on time.
Service was on time. Was quoted almost $600.00 for a battery change. A $200.00 battery that takes less than 15 minutes to install. Thats a royal rip off. That practice gives dealerships a bad name.

There is a process for check in. There are drinks and snacks. For the work being done I had a nice loaner, would be happy to trade in for it.
