My son decided to drive his GLI over a curb and do

My son decided to drive his GLI over a curb and do significant damage. I chose to have the two most critical items repaired of the three recommended. They went out of their way to ensure the sensor I chose to not replace would not interfere with the functioning of the the car. I was very pleased and very impressed. Carlos came and spent a good ten minutes explaining the repair. And then we swapped some San Antonio history. Great job!

I saw a used vehicle online that I liked that wasn?

I saw a used vehicle online that I liked that wasn?t a Volkswagen and it was initially marked down $5000 from what they changed it to be the day that I looked at it. They raised the price overnight after I reached out to contact them about test driving it, then said the reasoning for this was that they were about to transfer it to their sister dealership, Freedom Chevrolet, as the reason why they raised the price. I don?t know if this is true or not to this day, but I don?t feel like that should be a thing anyways. I test drove the car and liked it, so I decided to purchase it. I noticed that it had some minor dings and scratches on it, but the salesman told me that it was being sold as-is so that it wouldn?t be taken care of. Upon delivery of the car, it had both key fobs, but no floor mats and all the inserts for the cupholders and what not in the center compartment were removed. When I asked about both things again Bryan told me that I could buy them on Amazon. Pretty much the only thing they did right was fill up the vehicle with gas, but for paying over $30,000 for the vehicle and having $600 tacked on for interior detailing and another $250 for some car-tracking thing I don?t need was ridiculous. It wasn?t even detailed inside and had smears inside of it still is pretty crappy when they delivered it to me. It was a very nice vehicle overall but an awful experience and I definitely wouldn?t recommend buying a used car or new car from them because it seems like they?re up to the usual trickery of dealerships with tacking on extra things and increasing the price on a vehicle once they know someone is interested in it. Aside from these issues I did notice after buying a vehicle that it was in a minor accident which the salesman didn?t even have the courtesy to let me know and I?m pretty sure that?s a state law that you have to let the customer know if it?s been an accident or not. I went back to the dealership for the Carfax and that was a hassle, but I finally got it, but no apology from the salesman about not being upfront with me about the vehicles history since I thought it had a clean history. I gave two stars for the overall experience just because of the Finance guy Joshua being the only one in that place who was somewhat professional. When I got home with the vehicle the next day, the driver side seat just started moving uncontrollably, I thought I had a version of Christine for a second it was so bad since at one point the seat moved all the way up to where my knees were pinned to the dash. So, I took it back to talk to dealership to talk to the sales manager because that was a safety issue. The salesman found me and was honestly a joke, and whenever I asked him to find a manager, apparently they were all not available which I also feel was a lie. I ended up having to take the vehicle to Northside Chevrolet to get it looked at and they fixed two harnesses that were disconnected under the driver side seat, so it seems like they didn?t even do a thorough inspection of the vehicle before selling it due to all of the dings, scratches, plastic pieces and inserts missing, floor mats missing, and the driver seat going all haywire on me. I was coming off a totaled vehicle and only had a week to find a new car and they took full advantage of that. I don?t feel like anyone should be put in this situation and if I could do it all over again I just would?ve taken an extra time and just looked somewhere else.
