Write a reviewNEVER AGAIN! had Xt5 2.5 mths, didn't communicate.
I was never told unless I called that after 6 weeks of no communication that the Cadillac had backordered the parts. BUT, within 24 hours or complaining, the parts suddenly appear. $1,700. and almost 3 months later and over 560 miles on my car, it passed the smog. They tried to give it back to me without passing the smog and they put in defective parts and had to reorder and left me with not a drop of gas when it was a full tank coming in. I am so mad because they take advantage of women. Its only when I had to put on the B personality did they take me personally ,and I had lost my husband to cancer in the interim. They are understaffed, or they don't care about repeat business. Everytime I drive by, I get sick to my stomach, andmy next call is too the factory since I wasn't suppose to pay the bill so I never saw the estimate, BUT, the responsible party said they called the wrong dealership for Dearborn Hts, MI.

Good dealership
A/C was blowing hot air. Made an appointment for the next day. Service person was quick and gave an estimate. We discussed the potential solutions. Received a call on the truck and the problem would be fixed under a special extended warrantee on the part and its replacement. No charge an A/C fixed same day.

This vehicle does not exist
I have beeen to the the dealership twiace and both times I have been told that this jeep has been sold and they keep posting the same listing, it is nothing but a trick to bring people in, the old bait and switch, has anyone told these people that it is illegal?

Disappointed
Very disappointed. Made a mess of my car and quoted me $2500 to fix my sunroof. I went to Ideal Sunroof and Soda in Ventura and Glen there fixed my sunroof in 2 minutes with a brush and vaseline. Cadillac told me I needed to replace $1600 worth of parts yet all the parts were in great working order-they just needed lubrication. I have no faith in this dealership and won't be bringing my Cadillac back again

I. Took my Cadillac for repairs and. They did an awesome job on my Cadillac thank you to jr santori he is the best at what he does I recommend Cadillac services for any repairs on your Cadillacs they do the best job. Thank you jr I can now sleep knowing my jerry the Cadillac is always taken care of with you guys :)

They WANT to sell you a car and will work for it.
This sales department (James Pugliese & Chris the Internet guy) WANT to sell you a car. They're not like these other xxxxxxx that mark up prices stand firm and say "take it or leave it". These guys earn your business by offering a fair price and flexibility to make the sale. They're knowledgeable and up front with the details. I was interested in a CTS. Then i took interest in a lower priced ATS at a different dealer. They BEAT the price of the ATS with the CTS! Sold below market value and definitely lower than a dealer would typically go (all for a car still under bumper to bumper warranty)! Very pleased. THEN had my old car delivered back from Oxnard to Huntington Beach so I could drive my Cadi home! Nice touch.The finance manager Daniel Ayala was the epitome of professionalism and got me through the paperwork quickly. I had concerns about a damaged rear view mirror (driver side). They assured me that the bumper to bumper would cover it and would also be a good way to establish a relationship with my local Cadillac service center. Did that this morning and like they said...covered. A very happy customer. The drive to Oxnard was worth it. Thanks guys!

Great dealership. I bought 2 Cadillac XTS's from them. Great sales force. Highly recommend them. Have used their service department for 4 years and strongly recommend the great service they offer. Darrel has been great and has solved several problems for me and has had them repaired in I visit. Normal service is easy and always done timely, as promised. Car is always squeaky clean and washed after every service.
