12/19/23 Update Day after purchase the entire dashboard lit up and the doors started to lock and unlock. Informed dealer but my husband is handy so we googled it and replaced the corroded battery cables. Tonight was the scariest ride of my life. Worse than the accident that led me to this dealership to replace my previous vehicle. While driving on Route 9 in a 35mph zone the vehicle accelerated and couldn’t be stopped. I rode my brakes for over a mile while the RPMs jumped up and my vehicle couldn’t go under 30mph while standing on the brakes. Smoke coming everywhere. Finally there was traffic in front of me and I had to throw it into neutral then park and turned the ignition off. This worked but now after six months of no driving due to a previous major car accident, I’m on day 3 and never want to drive again let alone this vehicle. Contacted Victor Liriano tonight and was told that’s how we bought it. As is. We were aware of the rust on the frame but not the dangerous mechanical issue that has now made this vehicle unable to be driven due to a HUGE safety issue only after 19days of ownership. He refuses to take the vehicle back even if we take a loss for owning for the 19 days. I knew something seemed up and even asked what was wrong with the vehicle since the price dropped $3k in the few days they had possession and were willing to take another $1,500 off when we noticed the rust on the frame. I was told it was for Black Friday. Nice line right? **BEWARE OF CARLINK** Reported to the Division of Community Affairs under Lemon Law. 12/1/23 Easy in and out. Listened/answered all questions/concerns thoroughly. Brandon was a pleasure to work with. The whole staff made it flow easily as we traveled 1.5hrs north to purchase (after driving to first test drive the week before). Victor helped finalize the deal and we were in and out at pick up. Would recommend and use again in the future until the update above.

Clean facility. Detailed everything about my car. Free car fax. No pressure process, didn’t try selling me a bunch of things I didn’t want or need. Brandon my salesman went above and beyond as I was out of state. He FaceTimed me a walk around of the car, pointed out every tiny blemish, even crawled under car on my request to see the underneath. Superb customer service is all I can say. I will buy again from them.
