I have never owned anything in my life!!!! Car Link made this possible for me. Luis made everything possible in a time my fashion. I never seen anything like it...Never!!! The manager Victor has excellent customer service. They were so patient and respectful. I would recommend this place 1000 Times if I could. I give it 10 stars!!!!!!! So Happy!!!

I bought a used vehicle from CarLink in August 2023, which I had shipped to me. The vehicle still smells like an ashtray, despite me asking if there were any smoke odors in the car prior to purchase. I've steam-cleaned and deodorized it twice and the smell is engrained in the car. I had asked about any engine leaks or oil spots, or other issues with the car to which the salesman, Hali Garcia ensured me there were none. CarLink's claim is that "each car is gone over and thoroughly inspected" and a "family business". I took the car to get inspected and learned that to pass inspection it needs new brakes, a new valve cover gasket and PCV valve, and a tie rod. When I contacted Mr. Garcia and informed him of these issues to ask for CarLink to help make this right, I basically got a "too bad" response and verbatim comments from him were "the warranty wouldn't have covered those items anyway"; "it's not catastrophic"; and "it doesn't matter what you 'feel'". Thankfully I have the email chain to support everything in this review. $2,000 in repairs just to pass inspection is bad business. DO NOT buy a car from this dealer or trust Hali Garcia or you will get burned and totally misled. I'm not sure how these guys sleep at night.

Purchased a car, now needs an engine replacement. Had issues with the car and car link tried to cover it up by doing minor repairs until the warranty was up. Do NOT buy from them and do NOT TRUST THEM. xxxxxxx scammers

Purchased a Cadillac from Brandon a couple months ago unfortunately was in a bad accident totaled car so we're back for another we drove a couple SUVs Brandon was more than helpful with all of them we ended up purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The whole team at carlink is fantastic very highly recommend.

Fair honest seller very responsive to text & phone calls answered all my questions on the vehicle I was inquiring about. The whole team did a great job.

Saw a Jeep Wrangler at this dealer I was interested in offered at a very fair price. Made appointment to see it, inspected it and decided to buy it. Brandon Best was my salesman and made the entire process super easy, no hidden fees and great customer service. Most important to me was no high pressure tactics to make a deal. I would highly recommend both this dealer and Brandon to deal with. And i love my Jeep!
