I purchased a 2013 Acura MDX in late December. The car was in great condition and they had the lowest price for 50 miles around. I also purchased a 2... year front-to-back comprehensive warranty and found that their pricing for this peace of mind was more than competitive as compared to what I had experienced at other used car dealerships. All in all the buying experience from start to finish was very professional and without the typical hard-sell tactics present at many other used car dealers. As with any other major purchase consumers should do their homework and shop around. I researched comparable cars being offered for sale in the same general marketplace on cars.com and Carfax.com so that I had a good understanding of the local inventory and price points. I compared and checked the offering price for targeted vehicles on kbb.com (Kelly Blue Book) to verify that I was truly getting a good deal; this avoids the need to ask / trust salespersons. Definitely ask for a Carfax report on any vehicle that you're seriously considering buying. At the end of the day CarLink won my business. I would definitely shop there again and I would recommend this dealership to others.
I drove over an hour to come to this place, all for the man who assisted me to be rude and condescending. I was asking to negotiate on the price, he very... rudely shot me down and told me there is no negotiating. Don't go here, they are just money hungry!
Whether you're looking to purchase a new car, a used car or simply looking for a new repair shop, CarLink is the place for you. Steve and Rick are awesome... and go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and the ease of my purchase. I recently started taking my other vehicles here for servicing and have had nothing but good experiences. My wife is due for a new car and I'm looking forward to doing more business with Steve and Rick in the near future.
Bought a Chevy Malibu from Carlink I am happy with the Car Cody and Victor helped me out when I was there thank you guys!!
Started having problems the next day! Purchased the car late April/2019 and now cannot drive the vehicle on the highway / hills. They are fast talkers... and assume you know their car sale lingo. THE WORST!!!!
Purchased vehicle from this dealership and brought it back to Pennsylvania and it needed $4,000. worth of repairs just to pass inspection. These guys are... crooks
Bought a 2004 Ford F-250 that when taken back to Pennsylvania it would have cost almost $4000. to pass inspection. This place sells junk vehicles. Do not... buy from here
Fees of $399 yet no plates nor registration.. Just paid tax and CHARGED $19 EXTRA for the title. Was told they charged that because its legal. Plenty of... things are LEGAL but immoral. Please; BEWARE of wolves in sheeps clothing!!
Our family has been purchasing vehicles from Chet and his staff for over 7 years. Chet Van Doren is professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable in... the sales of used vehicles. His service manager, Craig shares the same traits as Chet, as does his entire staff. Both my son and I just purchased 2 used vehicles from Carlink and we are both extremely satisfied with the entire buying experience. If you are looking for a truthful, honest and caring car dealership, I suggest you visit Carlink. Thanks Chet for all you have done for us in the past and we WILL return.
Dealer refuses to give a buyer who is letting them know a price for warranty via email. Despite telling them you are 70 miles away, out of state, and buying... that day for the specific model they had. I bought another vehicle a few hours after not getting the info I requested. I didn't ask to go back and forth on price, but rather a single price that I would consider. Was told they don't do that over email. That's fine if it's your policy, but know it costs sales for actual serious buyers who are willing to travel to you for a vehicle they are interested in purchasing. The person whom I was in contact with was helpful but was unable to get or give me the requested info. It's a shame as I liked the car and they still have it for sale two weeks later. Just giving me the requested information would have gotten the vehicle sold. You guys really need to reconsider your ways of doing business when s buyer says they are willing to buy right now.
