My last purchase was in 2016 at NSF, my 2016 F150 recently had hail damage repaired in 2024 and an issue due to a mistakenly wrong item ordered to replace my tonneau cover was discovered late due to my health issues. Kevin Dorning (Parts Sales - directed me to Robert Jones), Mike Bayer (Service Director - stepped up to assist Mr. Jones due to ongoing meetings) and Robert Jones (Service GM) made the purchase Right for this happy customer! The right people are at the right positions at this dealership! I will definately use this dealership again to purchase my next vehicle!

I've been taking my Truck for maintenance and they are

I've been taking my Truck for maintenance and they are absolutely amazing. Very professional, quick and attentive. Last oil change was done under 60 minutes.

I had my ac checked.

I had my ac checked. The compressor was changed out but it still only blows cold air from the dash. They did not repair the airflow control inside the cab of the truck

No issues with service.

No issues with service. Staff very helpful. Bought my 2016 Explorer from NS Ford. Price for a New Ford thanks to the DemoRats way to Expensive. Merry Christmas 🎅

This visit was simply to quicklane for an oil change.

This visit was simply to quicklane for an oil change. First come, first serve. The only reason not maxed out at 5 is because of the wait. 2+ hours. I was told when I arrived the projected wait and did come prepared. Waiting area comfortable. Personnel courteous. Would have been perfect, though, with a shorter wait.
