After paying $ 207.
After paying $ 207.91 for diagnostics and given a $ 9,981.54 estimate to replace the transmission, I rented a U-Trailer $ 166.47 and towed the car to my mechanic in South Jersey who repaired the car by replacing the Intermediate shaft speed sensor for a cost of $ 427.47. Car now runs great. Thanks for nothing Honda Of Hackettstown !

I was charged for work which should have been covered
I was charged for work which should have been covered under the car warranty . I was told I would be issued a refund check. I have been calling and leaving messages. Two months later and I still have not received my refund of over $400.00. I even left a message for the service manager. Needless to say, he never responded. Very disappointed with Honda of Hackettstown!

I am a female senior citizen and after an oil change with
I am a female senior citizen and after an oil change with checkup, they told me I needed brakes. Since I was driving daily on Rt 80 to Stroudsburg, I was stressed and made the appt. My regular service company never told me of any problem, so I feel it was a ripoff and then they added rotors to the job at their discretion. The rate on the service order was 195.00 per hour. I was there for 1.5 hours, so that is 292.50 labor. I was charged 665.03 for labor!!! that is $443.35 per hour!! That is more than a lawyer or surgeon gets paid! Then, without the legal notice required of the surcharge, they use that as a sucker punch when you get to the payout window. I knew from the prior oil change, so I was sure to have a check. I informed the service manager of the ripoff and the surcharge law but with no response.I had no indication of a brake problem and my regular service man never noted a problem. It is a shame that during tax season, my guy was too far away. I also did not notice any change in the braking.

I had a really great experience with Bobby last month
I had a really great experience with Bobby last month when I was in the market for a car. He was very friendly, patient and wasn't pushy like other car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He also wanted to make sure that everything was perfect before I started driving the new car. His communication skills are excellent. He would always keep me in the loop by text or email with what's going on. I would definitely recommend him to others.
