Bobby was awesome to work with on the purchase of my used Honda Civic. I'm about an hour and a half away from the dealership and Bobby took the time to take pictures of the car and provide a detailed review of the car before I took the ride up to see it. I would not have traveled up to dealership if it wasn't for his honesty and friendliness. I knocked one star off the dealership as I don't agree with the "Dealer prep fee". In my opinion, the price the vehicle is listed for is the price, not som arbitrary number that goes up once they start getting the car ready for sale (tires, brakes, etc). Bobby was upfront about that though, so I was aware before traveling up to see and purchase the vehicle.

Excellent customer service in locating and delivering preferred vehicle of my choice 2 weeks earlier than anticipated also helped set up electronics. Robert “Bobby” Nylund was a very helpful salesman would definitely recommend him and dealership to friends, he made it an enjoyable experience

We came to Hackettstown Honda to turn in my recently DECEASED mother in laws honda civic which was on lease. Doing our homework, we knew we had equity in the vehicle and wanted to sell the vehicle to the dealership. We were approached by Ronnie, the Internet Sales and Marketing Manager. He did not introduce himself at first. He did not apologize for the circumstances of which we were there( the death of my mother in law) He had no name badge . He asked for the keys and 20 minutes later returned. He seemed agitated that he had to call for a payoff through Honda of the residual as my sister in law did not have the lease paperwork. I'm sad to say he was neither empathetic no inviting with his repore through the whole 3 hour process. He was short, curt and dare I say arrogant as he was " doing us a favor"? By buying my mother in laws car. Losing a loved one is hard enough but to have to go through this process that should of been an easy deal was not what we were expecting. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This dealership really stood by their warranty It was so easy to get the car in and it was so fast I didn't even wait an hour before they had determined the problem and fixed it and no charge. There was a Honda dealer here before but this one is totally different Don't be afraid to buy a Honda here

I purchased my leased Honda Civic 2020 through Honda of Hackettstown and was exceptionally pleased with the whole process. I was particularly impressed with the salesman, Bobby Ryland who took care of every aspect of the transaction with ease, know how and a wonderful personality! Bobby knows his job very well, is totally professional and has an engaging and affable nature! I highly recommend this dealership and Bobby in particular. PS: I also had a very satisfying exchange with the finance agent, Kaisun!

As someone who gets anxiety over anything related to a car, it was such a relief to have had such an easy and enjoyable experience buying out my lease at Honda of Hackettstown! The salesman, Bobby Nylund was not only knowledgeable and professional, but kind, comforting and reassuring in every way! His friendly demeanor enabled me to address every concern with a smile on my face! Though I live in Queens, NY, I am thrilled I decided to do my business at this dealership. This is the place you want to buy a car. We contacted Honda of Hackettstown via phone and spoke to Roger Fedor. Within hours, Mr. Fedor had provided us, via email the best price the dealership could offer on the car we sought to buy. We drove an hour and a half to get to this showroom from our home. The way our salesman, Mr. Bobby Nylund, handled our transaction was worth it. He was professional and courteous. The paperwork for the sale of our new car was effortless and we appreciate both Mr. Bobby Nyland and Mr. Vinny Werdann of the finance team for moving the paperwork so quickly on our behalf. Never has purchasing a new car been so easy. Every person we interacted with at this dealership is to be commended for their professionalism. They were all a pleasure to work with.

Bobby is very knowledgeable person, and he understands the customers need very well. He is very good at identifying new buyers even though buyers are just roaming around in the parking lot and doing window shopping :) He is very good at making the good deals and it is win - win situation for both buyer and seller.
