I bought a used Chevy, because this is a Toyota

I bought a used Chevy, because this is a Toyota dealership, they couldn't "cerify " my vehicle. They also couldn't get rid of it fast enough. The finance officer I worked with was not exactly truthful, he didn't print out all the papers so I wasn't clear on a few details like monthly payments & interest rate. Also the 2 year warranty is bundled into the 6 year loan. Smart people don't finance things like that. When I returned to cancel the warranty, another finance officer did print out all the paper work. I am happy with the car I bought, but not the bait & switch the salesman used to get me into dealership. Always Buyer Beware

Absolutely 5-star service from Roy!

Absolutely 5-star service from Roy! I showed up without an appointment needing maintenance and a loose part fixed, and Roy got my car in immediately. Everything was taken care of in less than an hour. Incredible efficiency and customer service. Highly recommend!

An important Tip!

An important Tip! Forget/ disregard everything they say before you enter the finance office- just a drama to take you in the finance dept.

My saga started on 24 Aug when RJ said I needed a new oil

My saga started on 24 Aug when RJ said I needed a new oil pan. Stated it would be $601 but since I had an extended warranty I would pay my deductible. I had to come in at 730a the following weekend. I did and met "Sean". He said that RJ hadn't put in a claim and that, if he did it without a claim, he'd have to pay $601. His officemate confirmed this. I asked for a manager and got SK. He reiterated what "Sean"said but, when he saw I wasn't going to pay $601, he said he would pick up my car and give me a rental on Tuesday when "they" were open. When I agreed to that, he said that he would see if they could do and jumped in my car and took it to the back. "Sean" was acting as if I were "getting ugly". I had to go back to "Sean" 2x for updates and the video of my car only showed my front end. Finally, "Sean" put on the paperwork CDP (customer doesn't pay). But on my copy, it said his name was JG and RJ had put in a claim and the parts would come out to be a $28 and change. Tried calling Amanda Linsey 2x about this and when I return her calls it's always voice mail. I don't what went on there but it was suspicious and it seems the management doesn't care.

I purchased a 2022 Lexus at the Red Mccombs Hyundai last

I purchased a 2022 Lexus at the Red Mccombs Hyundai last year but it still bothers me how I was treated.According to the car fax their had advertised on line, it was perfect with no hail, damage or etc.I bought the car and paid for it and Im asked the salesman to verify that no damage because I can not see very well. He assured me that no damage but three days later I found total hail damage, cracked windshield and a dent on the side. They repaired the hail damage but not the windshield or dent.I wanted to report this to the newspaper and maybe I should to make the public aware of their fraudThey do not do whatever it takes like theysay on the ciommercial.I still have a damaged car!!

Just left my 2009 Scion XB for a scheduled oil

Just left my 2009 Scion XB for a scheduled oil consumption test at Red McComb. Had to wait in my car for about 25 minutes before any team member approached me. I am so disappointed and discouraged about how I was treated this morning. I sat in my car and watched how the service team went to all the other cars but never mine. I wondered why I was being ignored, that's the million dollar question that needs to be addressed. They even helped car owners that arrived after I had been sitting there. I have used this dealership for all my repairs, so today was definitely a sucked punch to my soul and probably my wallet. My service advisor did apologize for this treatment, but I could tell that it was designed to shut me up so she could get on with her day. I guess it might be time to move on.

This was my first stop over for oil change on my 2006

This was my first stop over for oil change on my 2006 Tundra and found The service department very regimented, unprofessional and out of touch with customer service etiquette.
